After speaking to a team member who gave great advice, I was able to remain calm during an interview for a reassement. For this reason, I was given the enhanced rate for daily and mobility for my disablement. I don't think I could've coped without the wise words and calm nature of the team member at PIP Help CIC

Firstly Jen Jen (Jenny) for making me aware of the Facebook page. Secondly and mostly to David who took my case on, it was my first time applying for PIP without his support I wouldn't have been able to go through it.
From the initial conversation right through to my award, David has been 100% there for me.
The respect you showed me was second to none and you believed in me even though I don't believe in myself.

From our initial phone call with David I new we was in the right place he was so helpful and explained everything so clearly it really put us at ease and then we was passed over to Julie. Wow what a incredible lady!! she guided us though the whole process and worked tirelessly to put together a very strong cases. She spent time really getting to understand how my condition affects me and my life and honesty it's the first time I have felt heard and understood. She has been by our side though the whole process all the way up until the tribunal and the case was so strong and well put together we won within seconds of the tribunal starting. We would never have been able to do this with out Julie. We are so so very grateful to her for all her hard work, time and kindness though out the process. My daughters case worker Julie was so helpful and understanding while we were gathering evidence and throught the whole process.
It was alot less stressful with her help after previously being refused we have had guidance that she has now been award hrc.

I contacted PIP Help for advice regarding my husband's PIP assessment. Dave was very helpful and reassuring, and gave us some constructive advice which helped our confidence going into the assessment, and subsequently an award of standard daily living was given. However we believed this should have been an enhanced award, and PIP Help agreed that this was possible. Jade took on our case and successfully achieved an enhanced award without having to go all the way to tribunal. If only we'd known about PIP Help before we applied! They were very helpful, honest and professional and got us the right result. Would absolutely recommend their services and will be contacting them again in the future for help with submitting a change of circumstances.

Dave is a superstar, honestly I don’t know how I’d have remained positive without his calm demeanour & kind nature. He has enabled me to fill in the change of circumstances form all on my own with a little guidance & support. He encouraged me & assured me that I could do this & has offered his help in future depending on the outcome of an assessment.

Excellent service, I don't think we would have got our PIP back if it hadn't have been for Kim Fanshaw, back dated and back to what we were getting before, they did admit fault to her. Would have been too stressful to do on our own

The service provided was excellent.. I'm not good at explaining and getting my views over the right way .. After speaking with David he put me at ease and for the first time I felt comfortable explaining my issues.. Following the lengthy consultation... I felt having the support was the way to go... So I did Iwas allocated Annie who was also amazing we talked through the claims process and evidence, Medical reports how I'm affected....And was assisted in completing the claim for .. boy was I confused but thanks to Annie I got through it.. The completed form was sent off.. I didn't have any ecptations but was supported always . Annie was only a message or a call away.. Day of my assessment Annie was present... Suporting me..... My application was approved... One thing I will say is be open and honest ......

I had a phone call from David as I have recently got very confused by the stage I am at with DWP. He called me and was so polite, kind, calm, and very thorough. I explained to him I didn’t understand measurements when he asked how far I could walk and he changed the way he worded it so I could understand, using buses. He was so helpful and the charity are very lucky to have him. Thank you David for recognising that having a learning disability isn’t a bad thing it just means things need to be explained differently so we can understand.

Kerry was absolutely amazing! Honestly if I could give the company and Kerry more than 5 stars I really would. She made it such a relaxed situation and was so understanding. Can’t thank her enough she was amazing.
