Massive thank you to David & Linda, after only 4 months from applying for PIP I was awarded enhanced rate on both elements. This company is worth it's weight in gold, they are worth every penny & more.

I had put off applying for months due to the overwhelming stress the forms caused me, I came across their website and cannot thank them enough, David called me first, he made it a very relaxed call, he was very easy to talk to, he listened, he was very understanding & empathetic.

Linda then contacted me & led me through the full process, including being on the DWP call assessment, she is amazing & i could not have got through this without her, she really listened to my story with a non judgemental attitude, her patience at all times & her calm manner gave me the confidence i needed to push through the assessment & hooray it was a success.

I would have happily paid all my back pay to this company as without them, I would still be sitting here with the forms uncompleted... this company deserve more than 5 stars, they are a 10 out of 10, their sole purpose is to help their clients succeed in what they are entitled too - thank you Linda & David for believing in me & giving me the strength to have gotten through this.

What can I say?
The support I’ve had from David and Linda has been amazing. I can’t express how they made me feel at a time I was lacking so much confidence. I’ve gone from getting nothing to standard daily living at MR to today getting enhanced for both before a tribunal was set! I sent in tons of evidence so make sure you have that but got me it was the belief from David and Linda and their kindness and now friendship that helped me the most

UPDATE: At long last I have been awarded PIP (enhanced Daily Living and Enhanced Mobility) AND FOR 4 YEARS 👍.

Without the help of David and Kim, I am convinced I would have been turned down yet again.

There have been times when I have felt so low, I felt life wasn’t worth carrying on with. Yet David and Kim were always there for me, at the end of the phone, day or night.

Each to their own, but my advice to anyone who is wondering whether they should be using this amazing organisation is absolutely 100% YES.

Thank you so much David and Kim, not only for supporting me, but also for believing in me. I will forever be grateful to you both x.

A really big thank you, too David and Shelene. Guiding me through the process from start to finish. Helped me fill in and understand the forms and David sitting in on a three way call with the Health professional which put me at ease as I Was anxious about having to speak to the DWP.

I was very nervous about the application process for PIP, my health has gone down hill quickly and I was finding it difficult to admit how much it affects me. I had a free phone call with David who explained the whole process and how it works. That call gave me confidancs in moving forward, because of this I was able to achieve the award that felt right the first time with no need to appeal.

I first contacted piphelp a year ago when I was turned down for pip due to me not putting enough evidence and daily examples in my application. Melanie, David and Jess all helped me start my claim again with the correct supporting evidence. David regularly called to check in with me on the lead up to the assessment which he also sat in on and helped me with. Whilst the process of applying for pip was daunting and degrading for me the first time around, the support network I found at piphelp made me feel like it wasnt me up against it all on my own and this time I felt like I had someone on my side who believed me, understood my daily struggles and genuinely cared about me. If you don't feel like you can do it on your own or you're thinking about giving up on your claim, give piphelp a chance to support you.

Very rarely these days we are amazed, surprised and humbled by the genuine kindness and humility of others, this is one of the moments. I have spoken to David today who has freely advised, encouraged and supported me with my up and coming PIP assessment. This is a person I don't know who is willing to be on the end of a line to help me as much as he could. Genuinely someone who cares and is willing to share the burden of an awful experience ( which is close to inhuman!). Doesn't matter if I get PIP I have spoken to an Angel thank you so much David , would highly recommend . Restored my faith in humanity.

I was advised by a friend to call PIP help. David was amazing he called me straight back and was so helpful supportive and caring. Have just received enhanced PIP award and I'm over the moon. I couldn't have done it without the help of David. He talked me through the PIP assessment process and helped me get prepared. Amazing support very knowledgeable wouldn't go anywhere else

This is the first time I have ever wrote a review iam 64 and never needed help like this before I was claiming pip after some health issues was totally out of my Depth I got help from the PIP Help group they were so good put me at ease and explained everything to me many times over as I forget alot of things but nothing was any trouble I must mention Kim Forshawe & Dave both volunteers thankyou so much Kim even sat in on my Assessment much appreciated my guardian Angels just notification that I have been awarded Standard on living and standard on mobility couldn’t have got through this with you both thanks again A big shout out to Kim & Dave keep up the good work and it’s free .

Without question I could not have started, majorly tweaked and finalised my PIP application without David at PIP HELP! David has been a fountain of knowledge with a genuine respect and heart for those he speaks to over the phone. You just know the not for profit organisation has it's callers at their heart and they will endeavour to help you.
