Excellent customer service

Very impressive how quickly you resolved my issue. Deff have earned a customer for life now. Company’s could learn from your customer service.

TMNT mallet putter cover exchange went great

My wife bought me a TMNT mallet putter cover, however she didn’t realize I have a center shafted putter, and Thomas was very helpful in helping me swap it out for the center shafted putter model, he also found her order and provided me with a free return label.

My only nit I would provide is that for a Lab center shafted putter, there really should be a notch cut into the body of the cover instead of the lip going straight across, because the shaft is offset from the putter face. It still closes fine and it’s not really noticeable when sitting in your bag, but I would recommend that for version 3.0 down the line.

Customer service was very helpful

Customer service was very helpful. They went the extra mile to help me with my return/exchange. I am very happy and appreciative of all that they did for me. They have created a customer for life.

Allie was very quick to respond

Allie was very quick to respond. I had submitted a survey to give some feedback and get 30% off as a bonus.
She replied very quickly but i had already purchased a couple of shirts from another popular site at 25% off.

I had a good experience dealing with Pins and Aces

I had a good experience dealing with the staff at Pins and Aces regarding tracking my order via Shop. It seems that the USPS reused tracking numbers recently that showed an order I had place on 6/9 had been delivered on 4/1. Quite impossible and confusing.
The staff at Pins and Aces looked into the problem and reassured me that my order was on its way to the proper address.
