PinpointProperty Arvostelua

Very nice staff and responsive to tenant’s needs… I dealt with Jack not long ago and he was great!

I was looking into buying a property and was speaking with agent Alan Martin. Alan took me through a few different houses and suggested one in particular that stood out. Alan was very informative about area specifics and was able to answer all of my questions and provide further information and assistance to moving the sale forward. A brilliant experience from Alan, highly recommended.

We dealt with Alan from Pinpoint, when looking for a new house and Alan was brilliant, on the ball and kept in touch with updates, either phone calls or email, highly recommended 😊👍

Nick and his team were brilliant and quickly sourced me a house that suited my family needs. Jack has also been very helpful at meeting any question I need answering.

Graeme is absolutely amazing, and he sold our property in no time. He kept us updated and was extremely helpful at every step during the process.I have no words to describe how helpful he has been

We sold our house with Graeme and it was wonderful to work with him during the experience. He took the time to listen to us, promoted the house very well and was always there to talk through what can be a stressful time. I would definitely work with him again.

Having taken the decision to downsize from my home of over forty years, I needed an estate agent! Visited three and found the choice easy zfter meeting Graeme and the team at Pinpoint. The whole process was not without hitches, but Graeme's knowledge, professionalism, and hard work resulted in a sale!! I can't thank him enough for his unstinting support at a very significant time in my life!! Pinpoint Estate Cavehill Road is the "go to" Estate agents!!

Dream House Purchased

I returned from working in the US and set about finding my dream house! After many viewings and heart break along the way I came across Graeme at the Cavehill branch who showed me my now dream house. It was far from an easy journey but what I can say is that Graeme genuinely represented me fairly and accurately with the sellers (the told me that he had pushed me forward as the best buyer) after many months and lost bids the house came back on the market and because of Graeme’s connections with the owners he was able to get me back in and at the top of the list! Genuinely I would not have my dream home had it not been for Graeme working so hard to get it for me! Thank you team Pinpoint!

Great communication from Hugo & Nicola in assisting with our rental property in Belfast. Thanks!

From our 1st chat with the guys in pinpoint, we knew we had made the right decision to put the sale of our home in their hands, we were dealing mostly with alan shields and Graeme although all the guys are fantastic and nothing was ever a problem to them, we have been kept very well informed and they have advised us correctly throughout the process. We had the absolute pleasure of both selling our home and purchasing our new home with them.
I would highly recommend the guys at pinpoint properties if you are thinking of buying or selling your home, alan and graeme are very down to earth and will make it a stress free process! Many thanks to all at pinpoint for everything!

First time taking the leap of faith and buying my own house. Pinpoint have been great in making that happen. Alan Shields in particular has been very informative and professional throughout the early days of the process. I can't thank him enough. He has been straight on the ball and made the start of this journey incredibly easy. I would highly recommend Pinpoint if you are wanting to venture out onto the property ladder!

I would highly recommend Pinpoint. The most personable and professional estate agents that I have come across. They work hard to ensure the best outcomes for their clients. Ben and Susie updated us regularly about the progress of our sale, gave excellent advice and used their experience and initiative to ensure a smooth sale.

Having recently dealt with pinpoint I must emphasise how professional and amiable the agent was. Leuan Gilbert was superb from first view and through out purchase. Having viewed multiple properties and dealing with various selling agents he stood apart. I wish him and pinpoint evert success.

Recently done a deal with Alan Shields. Alan is a top professional in his field. Personable and knowledgeable, Alan perfectly strikes that gentle balance between salesmanship and the hard sell. Unlike a lot of agents in NI Alan really knew his stuff about the property, was honest, straightforward and zero faff. He gave me and my wife two great tours of the property, each time guiding us around the property without constantly hovering over us. Exemplary agent and an absolute gentleman into the bargain. Would recommend without a shred of doubt. Thanks for everything.

I recently worked with Jack & Nicola as my letting agents and I couldn't be happier with the level of service I received. From the start, They where professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions I had. They made the process of finding and securing my new rental property seamless and stress-free they are excellent communicators and always kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jack & Nicola to anyone looking for a fantastic letting agent.

Graeme has made the whole process seamless whether selling or renting. He is very knowledgeable, helpful & approachable. Always willing to go the extra mile & makes himself available even outside normal hours. His advice on all matters housing is fantastic & I can wholeheartedly recommend him

I have used PinPoint for a while now.
Always courteous, always getting a swift response.
And always kept in touch with whats going on.

They have found me some excellent tenants over the years as well.

No need for me, to look elsewhere.

I booked a valuation of my property with Susie from pinpoint. From the get go she was friendly and put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable and and gave me a prompt valuation of my home.
She was an open, warm person which made a stressful process more enjoyable!
Thanks Susie!

Graeme was the most amazing agent for selling our property. He was so professional in dealing with viewers and the feedback after viewings was instantaneous. He got our place sold literally within a few weeks of being on the market. He was absolutely fabulous in dealing with our onward chain liaising with other agents. We were kept fully informed at every stage right up to completion dates and beyond. 10/10 Graeme. You really are Mr Pinpoint himself!!!! They are so lucky to have you.
