I am absolutely furious with PINOY Tourism and want to warn everyone NOT to trust this company. They scammed my friend out of £400 for a Schengen visa application, and their shady business practices prove that they are nothing but fraudsters.

I initially referred my friend to them after seeing their Instagram and checking their Trustpilot reviews. Even though I noticed some negative reviews, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Biggest mistake ever.

My friend submitted all the required documents, including three updated bank statements, to prove financial stability. However, the visa was rejected due to “lack of financial evidence”—which made no sense since the statements were provided. After investigating, I found out that PINOY Tourism deliberately did not submit the bank statements. Their goal? To force my friend to rebook through them again—a greedy, selfish, and unethical way to run a business.

When I confronted them for an explanation, they could not provide a clear answer and kept repeating the same nonsense—that the visa was rejected due to a lack of documents. If something was missing, why didn’t they inform my friend beforehand? That’s literally their job as a travel agency! Their incompetence and dishonesty cost my friend time, money, and stress.

This company is a SCAM. Do not trust them. Do not waste your money. Learn from this experience and stay far away from PINOY Tourism!

The service has been extremely bad, and I've been waiting for a refund for almost a year. Even though I tried to rebook my ticket, they didn't reserve a slot for the dates I provided. Never expect this with my Kabayan.

Very bad service! It’s taking forever to get my security deposit refund. It has been a month since the passenger left the country, yet I still haven’t received it. They initially said they would refund it immediately after the passenger’s departure, but now they just keep giving different excuses every day.From the start, their service has been terrible. I booked the flight early, but they processed the visa so late that it was only issued the day before the flight. It was so stressful! The passenger couldn’t even be excited or count down to the trip because there was no assurance the visa would arrive on time.And now, they are stressing me out again by delaying my security deposit refund!

I had a challenging experience with the agent named Naira. Her communication was often unhelpful and added unnecessary stress to the process. Her professionalism was lacking, which negatively impacted my overall experience.

Upon further investigation, I discovered that the visa extension process at Pinoy Tourism begins before the expiration date, contrary to Naira’s initial statement that it would be processed immediately upon full payment. This approach carries unnecessary risks, as immigration closures can occur without warning, potentially causing delays in reactivation.

The overall experience was stressful, and I will not be using your services again.

Agents are not aware to the problem they dont know the best way to solve the problem. They have exiters in oman stuck in about one week but they don't even solve right away and always rely on visa department decision. The oman visa and hotel will get expire but they dont even care. Who will pay if get expire? Again exiters!😡 The solution ideas got from the exiters and not in agents. If they are 20 agents in office, what are they doing? If no bus available atleast suggest an option, possible the air travel but no one suggest. SALES is the only important to them. They are gone when problem came out. They are not responding to inquiries/updates. They are not facing problems, they let the clients do their own solution to the problems. This is very NO for recommendation, a worst service we got.

Unreliable and very untrusted. They put my sister absconded as they use third party they don’t know about it and one staff in Abu Dhabi don’t know how to handle the case. He advised my sister to go back in Phillipines or exit in Singapore.
Another thing is, instead of helping us, as my sister need to exit the country immediately, they told us that there is no available flight and it will be available only on January 6 which is six days far. Looking only for profit and money but not the overall welfare of their costumer.

Very bad attitude from agent Kakai, not helpful and very rude, she didn’t give me informations about the visa I lose my money and tickets flight,

I'm so sad for the very poor service of Agent RUFFA she so helpless and rude agent that I ever had . She will advice you to take a new travel agency because she doesn't know what to do , only she will ask for the payment and blah blah please to her management hope you will make solutions for this , especially to those people who avail your service last November 20 that stranded in Oman you left your your clients like nothing 👎👎

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Pjnoy Tourism, particularly LYN, DIANE ENERI AND QAZI ARFAT and I must say it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. From the very start, the agent demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, knowledge, and reliability.

Every inquiry I made to LYN was either met with vague responses or blatant misinformation, which led to significant disruptions in my travel plans. Important deadline was missed, and critical bookings were mishandled, costing me both time and money. Communication was poor, with days going by before any response, only to receive answers that were unhelpful or contradictory.

In the midst of my visa arriving late, I received minimal to no support. It felt as though I had to do all the research and chasing myself, which defeats the purpose of hiring a travel agent.

To LYN, may your soul rot in the deepest pit of hell for the inconvenience you have caused me ang my family. May you meet someone as incompetent as you and cause you that much money and time. What goes around comes back around. You know you lied during the phone call you did to convince me to take your appointment which is not even my preferred one. You scammed us. Pray that your family will not encounter someone as terrible as you.

I would not recommend Pinoy Tourism to anyone seeking assistance with travel arrangements. The level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction was staggering. Save yourself the stress and choose an agency that values professionalism and attention to detail.

Poor customer service and sarcastic staff in Dubai!!!they will scammed you!!!The staff are very rude specially staff named Geraldine cortina /GG from Abu Dhabi branch

They take your money and make you sign waiver that it takes 3 to 7 days to process visa where we all know how efficient UAE gov't system is. It brings negative impression to UAE as the staff excuse is Immigration has not given feedback yet. Really inefficient if you expect 3 days process of visas.

I'm giving one star for the hope given to us after we lost hope that we couldn't book for an appointment and only this company had the available dates apparently. But the final result of my husband and son's Schengen visa REFUSED, was just heartbreaking but Lyn, together with the customer service team, and this company, THEY DON'T CARE. As long as you've paid their service, and won't provide a compensation. Such a shame. I regret not reading the reviews before actually paying for their service. DECEITFUL. Same with the most reviews here, THEY DON'T CHECK EVERY DOCUMENT to make sure you will have a successful application. They just tick boxes, but they don't examine your documents. WHAT'S THE POINT OF PAYING THEIR SERVICE? We got busy at work so we paid for their service to offload the stress. It seemed like you just paid for the appointment they bought. I have a foreign solicitor and lawyers and they have been our trusted agency for our UK visa applications, however, they don't do DIRTY WORKS so they couldn't help us as there were no appointments available. But they never ask for payment before successful visa application. We never had visa refusal from them. I have emailed their customer service many times, explaining how NEGLIGENT and UNPROFESSIONAL their agent is, if not just her, their whole business. But they are IRRESPONSIBLE and don't take accountability, they don't care about their customers. I can push this to the courts as I have evidences of communications. But I DON'T RECOMMEND PINOY TOURISM at all. Just book appointments on your own ahead of time, all requirements should be listed, and just ask people who's applied for one. These people only care about the money you pay them, not really your situation. Good luck.

Terrible service and experience. Staff untrained and negligent in their job which led to a visa refusal. Despite attempts to make contact and ask for a refund no responsibility is being taken and we are now financially at a loss. I will be taking legal action if we are not fully re imbursed. Applied for visa, was sent a list to provide documents. Documents were sent and checked and told all was ok what i sent.(Couldn't of been checked otherwise it would not of led to the refusal of visa) I sent the money over and appointment was booked. The visa was refused because lack of funds in account. I queried this with the agent after to ask why who tells me £1k needs to be in the bank. Well firstly your list said 3months statement only. No minimum was on the list atall! I have ALL the screenshot chats you DID NOT mention £1k minimum. And also if you checked the documents i provided, you would of got back to me stating its not correct. At that point I would of said let's leave it and wait and apply once we have the correct funds to show £1k. So I have messaged and chased for my money to be refunded and no one is taking liability. I applied for the visa for my husband and dealt with the agent all the way through the process due to my husbands english. She sent me the wrong list twice when I go through the old chats. After all documents was sent to her and money was sent I was due to travel myself. I sent her my husbands work rota with free dates for the appointment dates he could attend. I gave her my husbands number to send him the details of the booked appointment. After booking the appointment 2 days before the date she send sends him a list with £1k minimum on the banking! She is now trying to pass the buck and blame my husband and stating she sent the right list and it's our error. This is so very wrong! The list is not sent correctly from the beggining, you also didnt do your job and check the documents as you will see not £1k in bank. And you can't send the right list days before appointment after taking my money! If we knew at first stages £1k is needed we would say no just leave it. I dealt with the application not my husband, dont blame any one other then Lyn your agent. I will be taking further action to recover visa fees, visa appointment fee, the hotel booking and travel booking. You lost us a whole holiday and alot of money due to your negligence and you won't get away with this. Train your agents to provide the right list from the very beggining. We dont know about visas hence why we pay you to do the job. you didnt do the job and we want out money back. This will be posted all over socials and any review platforms to make people aware of the scams!

I had an amazing experience with this company, they’re very realisable and they really assist and answer all necessary questions. At the end of the day I got my visa within two weeks. Will recommend them any day any time.
