Very dissapointed i bougth 2 tickets from mr kenneth from pinoy toursm riyadh suddently my 2 ticket from manila to zamboanga then zamboanga to manila was cancelled with out any noticed from this company , manila to zamboanga the day before my flyth i chated him to asking about my baggage allowance , that time he know it was my flyth, 🥵🥵🥵

Beware of this company!
We paid £180 for a Schengen Visa appointment, but were later informed that they were unable to secure a slot. They promised to refund our payment, deducting 20%, yet after two months we still had not received it. I was eventually forced to file a dispute with my bank, and unfortunately, we only recovered £80. Communication with the agent was extremely poor. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

I paid £540 to this agency to help book Schengen visa appointments for three people. The entire process was done over WhatsApp, and at no point was I given any written terms and conditions, refund policy, or even an invoice — which should be a basic standard for any business handling this kind of payment.

Communication was inconsistent, and I had to follow up constantly just to get updates. Eventually, I was told there was a delay due to an embassy issue, and with our travel date approaching, I decided to withdraw the application. They refunded me £432, withholding £108, claiming it was a non-refundable 20% “booking fee.”
When I asked for clarification, they refused to refund the difference and simply repeated that the deduction was justified, even though no official terms were ever shared beforehand.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this agency — if you do decide to use them, make sure to demand full written terms and a proper invoice before handing over any money.
