The products received, being a set of five Japanese knives are OK , but nowhere near the quality expectations as advertised. No metal quality stamp to establish what the metal quality is, as would be expected. Customer service is offensive and reluctant to be helpful when there is an issue. Delivery is really slow even thought you receive a notification that the Royal Mail has received a request they will receive your parcel, and 16 days later - parcel arrived. Two knives damaged in the etching process to make the knices look like damascus blades.Trying to get replacements was a nightmare. Their goods are cheap for a reason and if you feel anything is a bargain, there is a reason - you don't get a Rolls Royce for Mini Money - avoid Pinky Shop .

I will never use this company again!
The knives I ordered came too late for a birthday present. I contacted them when they arrived but got no response to my second e mail. Finally now have response to say check refund policy. No link provided but they don't accept returns unless damaged!!
The knives themselves, advertised as 'Professional Japanese' are poor quality and probably Chinese. Rubbish. Don't buy!!!!!

Really poor customer service have chased twice for my seat covers with no response whatsoever. You call them but they divert you to their website to email and never hear off them, I really wanted these before Christmas and the delivery stated 2-3 days. Now the voicemail on the non existent customer services line states 7 to 17 working days !!!!!!
DREADFUL SERVICE

I ordered a set of 8 knives and a sharpener for a present it got to the UK quicker than something I ordered from the UK I was able to track all the way and had excellent communication from start to finish,I am very happy, thank you.

My daughter brought a candyfloss machine as a Christmas gift for someone, however the package arrived and the box was badly damaged. It also looked like it had been previously opened and then taped up again. It's clearly not in pristine condition and my daughter requested a refund, as its not nice to gift something that looks so bad. Customer services are extremely poor and won't accept that my daughter wants a refund. No better than thieves! Avoid them at all costs!

Fantastic purchase these covers fit my chairs like a glove, really nice material and made very well. Delivery was very quick considering its pre-Christmas rush and Many companies are stating longer delivery times due to COVID. Measurements shown are pretty accurate, would recommend.👍

Fast delivery and a beautiful set of knives. Ordered some for myself and my dad for Christmas and I can’t wait to get them used!

A bit worried after reading the reviews, but my knives have arrived after a relatively short time and I am really pleased with them. I have received another email offering a discount, so will probably order another set of 3.

Purchased set of knives and not delivered.
Item tracking still showing item in China thought I was getting item from Europe.
Email response initially advised 3 - 5 day delivery then extended to 21 now nothing. Cancelled order and requested refund and no response. Wish I had seen previous reviews first as would not have used them.

Always read the small print when dealing with this company. There returns police is very poor and my experience of there service was very poor. Best option is don't bother and stay well clear.

Terrible customer service never reply to email and if you do order anything from them ,before it even arrives you get a discount code saying it's now half price so if you have to order anything from them buy something for £1 and before it arrives you will get a massive discount code that you could then use to buy what you really wanted
But avoid where possible

I purchased a set of Light Grey chair covers, only to receive a set of Dark Grey covers! Despite seven emails explaining the situation and asking for advice, I received only two replies. One telling me that my Order had been delivered, and a second suggesting that the different colour was due to lighting etc! I did not receive a reply to a further email asking about return/refund.

This is a shame as the quality of the covers is good, unlike that of the Customer Service. I definitely would NOT recommend this company.

I ordered a lovely set of knives as a gift. Finally arrived a month after the estimated date and following several emails, which were always answered promptly. They look good quality but the stress of waiting for them and having to chase them has marred my experience.

I can't rate Pinky shop more highly, The Knives I bought are razor-sharp with beautiful polished wooden handles that are so comfortable.
One of my best purchases to-date.

Absolutely awful company and communication. I paid £43 for 2 sets of led strip lights and after waiting for a confirmation email, I later recieved it 5 days later informing me of the 21 day deliver date ( was not made aware of this on purchase ) upon waiting for tracking information, I was sent a tracking link to which the information was bogus, outdated and if anything absolutely useless. I then emailed them to confirm the progress of the order and was emailed back 2 days later with a false royal mail tracking number which did not work no matter where I inserted it. I then emailed again and was told it had been delivered ( despite the tracking link still saying it was in China ) when I queried this, I was sent a nother link with a completely different tracking information ( inserted manually I'm sure ) by this time it had been 25 days and was fobbed off with the covid 19 rubbish delaying the service. 4 days later I recieved 1 set of lights ( 30 days after purchase and 1 set shy of what i ordered ) i emailed to query this and was told i had recieved them 10 days after purchase which again is a made up story which contradicts all that i was told previously and 2hen i requested my refund for the missing set they stopped responding to my emails... AVOID AT ALL COSTS... scammers at their best and customer service is absolutely disgusting, nothing but thieves and messers and if you want the products you paid for I would suggest 1,000,000,000% buy from somewhere else SCAM ARTISTS and LIERS. Lucky to even get 1 star and that's only because I had to give something. I hope the company gets closed down for improper practice you absolutely disgusting people.
