Order my skip yesterday for today delivery they took my payment and promised to deliver today when I call today to ask for delivery time they said they cannot deliver today they’re going to deliver tomorrow which is too late for us. We have full team of Builder here they wasted my whole day. It cost me over £500 Because there was no work for Builders. spoke to somebody he mentioned his name was tom I asked him what is your position he said he’s a cleaner in pink skip. Tom the cleaner needs to clean his attitude. he was really rude and ignorant. It’s shame to have companies like that serving local businesses.

They cancelled my skip and I’m now still waiting for a refund. It’s been over 10 days. Staff are rude. Avoid unless you want to loose money

Cowboy firm tip plasterboard in there soil so it goes in the ground which is illegal. And no health safety there avoid poor firm don't help them environments

They dont have any idea what is happening. Asked them to collect told it would be collected the next day (Friday) or the following Monday not collected on Friday when I called on Monday to ask what was happening was told I am priority collection and would be collected today. Phoned later in the day only to be called a liar and the collection is now moved to further in the week. They have no idea what they are doing . seems like they only have one collection truck which works on a rota one-day delivery second-day collection. Not very Happy. Avoid at all costs

Absolutely Awful
Booked a skip and then rang and said we are having our garden done and may need a few skips, once full can we have a collection and then delivery of a new skip the same day was told ring us and we will collect but the new one may be the next day which was fine.
Skip delivered yesterday (Tuesday) even the driver said just ring them and ask for an exchange they will do it the same day, then today (Wednesday) the garden company said we will have that filled by dinner can you arrange for a new skip, rand pink skips and was told collection not till Friday or Monday I explained what I was told by a lady and the driver and was basically called a lier they wouldn’t let me talk when my husband took the phone to try and explain what we had been told because I was getting annoyed she became angry and said no point putting other people on the phone and getting angry. We tried several times to say we wouldn’t have booked with you if you and the driver hadn’t said it’s all ok with the exchanges and was met with a company who don’t care avoid at all costs

Just disappointment after disappointment....
Booked a ten yard... First one ok then they swapped for a smaller 8 yard.. driver said u can over fill this no problem. Still not happy so phoned office said they would investigate and call back (still waiting for that call). They don't phone you before collection either... jst came and started hooking the skip while it was still being filled (2 or 3 hours before the 7 day time.... Asked driver for 10 mins to complete he said no, he was late (not my fault) was very rude and just grabbed the skip and went... Money paid in advance so not much recourse... If you want good service don't hire pink skips... bunch of 🤬

Wasted my time and money on them. Not in time, very in professional. Did not call before picking up the skip.
They get around negative reviews by changing company names.

I booked a skip for Monday from Thursday morning but Monday morning they sent me an email saying they can't bring skip due to an operational issue and they bring Tuesday around 3pm. It's absolutely a joke.
I hired a dumper , conveyor belt and 2 people for the work for Monday. Because of their mistake I paid everything from my pocket. Their spouse to be collected on Wednesday afternoon guests what ? They didn't collect and bring new one. Again I am in a bad situation because of them. Now I canceled the 2nd skip and called another company for DECENT WORK. Do not trust them because %100 they will let you down. I was going to hire 7 to 8 skip but they lost me from the 1st one. Congratulations you re award WORSE SKIP COMPANY IN 2023...
