The Pinewoods Clinic is friendly and welcoming. Staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend trying them. Five star product offerings and clinical procedures.

I booked a consultation with Rob Laycock to have a lession on my face confirmed as Basal Cell Carcinoma. From the first meeting, Rob, put me at ease and explained the procedure. On the day of my procedure, the whole team were so attentive and reassuring throughout and this level of professional care continued until I had my sutures removed by the amazing Victoria.

I visited Pinewoods clinic for a cyst removal which was on my forehead. Following on from the consultation I was booked in for the week after to have this removed. it was a very quick procedure which took around 15 minutes and had a follow up 1 week later to remove the stitches. Very happy with the service and the staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this clinic

On this visit I saw Dr Long, She was extremely knowledgeable and professional but also took the time and went through all my options, everything was explained and I never felt rushed at all. I was recommended the best treatments for what I wanted to achieved. Two weeks later. I’ve gone back for my review and I’m over the moon with the results. See you again in a couple of months time.

I had two growths in my scalp and they where worrying me so I spoke to Mr Laycock at Pinewoods Clinic who got me booked straight in for surgery and immediately removed both pilar cysts without any fuss or pain and finished with some stitches. This was brilliant and considering I am a needle phobic the care and attention was smooth, fast and painless. Both growths were sent off to histology and thankfully nothing sinister was found, Phew!!!
Stitches were removed by nurse 10 days later and no problems. Thank you all so very much you really put me at ease from the second I called to the second the stitches where removed.

2 days ago I visited The Pinewoods Clinic following a skin cancer diagnosis and the following day skin cancer removal procedure, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The entire team was not only professional but also incredibly approachable and kind — something that made a world of difference during what could have been a stressful time.
Special shout out to DR BONTEA, NURSE JODIE and NURSE JEN for providing ELITE treatment. THEY ARE THE BEST!
Every step of the process was clearly explained, and I felt completely at ease knowing I was in such capable hands. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit (inluding holding my hands during the whole procedure:))
Their compassion, skill, and attention to detail truly stood out.
It was a genuinely pleasant experience, and I left feeling reassured, cared for, and confident in my recovery.
I am going back to get my laser scar removal and im actually looking forward.

I went to Pinewoods clinic, after being recommended by 2 friends, both had had eye lift surgery, and i could tell from the results that the surgeon was gental but skilled.
So i too have had upper eyelid (Blepharoplasty).
Its early days.....only 2months ago, but all seems to be going in the right direction. I recently have had Laser around my eye scars and my full face. I opted for Laser because the surgeon explained that the laser would help scars and redness. This is extremely early days, as its only days ago....so i can't say how successful it is yet. Dont get me wrong, its not for the faint hearted, it wasnt too painfull, but next day you are very very swollen, and day 2, very itchy. All in all it took less than 20mins.
I cannot praise the staff, all the nurses are very friendly and very professional , i was a little anxious, but they helped me feel relaxed. Even the receptionist is very friendly and also very knowledgeable.
Both procedures were very quick. I would recomend Pinewoods clinic , for the professional attention, friendliness and after care knowledge.

Yet again I was very impressed with the visit and whole experience. Dr Long was both very knowledgeable/ informative and clearly very competent.
Reception staff and nurses are also very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend the clinic and regularly do to friends

I was really nervous and thought what I wanted was trivial. I had a small pock mark on my cheek that I was very conscious of.
The team made me feel really comfortable and at ease. I had laser treatment. It was a breeze, I am only 3 days post treatment but I can already see a change. Probably should have waited to complete this review until I could report the end result, but I felt the whole experience was so comfortable I couldn’t wait. I chose this clinic because a friend recommended them and I felt compelled to spread the good word 😉

We had excellent treatment from Dr Laycock and his team. My farther received treatment to remove a cancerous lump. The team went above and beyond to remove it quickly and with aftercare it is healing perfectly. Would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I booked my appointment with the Pinewood Clinic based off word of mouth. I had eyelid surgery done with Rob and C02 Lazer. Rob is incredible, he takes pride in his work and you can tell. The nurses are attentive and supportive and the team as a whole make you feel so welcome. The aftercare I received was amazing, it's the best experience I've had with surgery. I would never go anywhere else. If you're considering booking, don't hesitate. You won't regret it.

Excellent service from start to finish from Rob Laycock & Jodie, I had visited several clinics before choosing this one for my mole removal and revision surgery to correct a lip lift that was performed elsewhere. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be going back for other treatments.
