Would like to give them zero pionts…
They make up their own parts but dont write this on their website. Then the parts dont fit as in this case they use mm threads instead of inch threads and they are to large for the hole so they dont fit.
Bumper rings. So totally unusable. And I buy parts to have at home to have when games comes in and when I wanted to use them it had gone over 2 weeks… and they dont want to send correct parts(as they dont have) or send money back without I sending the parts back to them(With me paying the freight cost). Cost almost as much as the parts cost….

I ordered some sets of rubber bands. They're not correct. Not even complete. Furthermore, the tires of the pinball machines are missing. Very strange for a person who wants to work. According to them, I need to check the list and compare it with the disassembled pinball machine. They evidently know nothing about pinball or business. When I disassemble the pinball machine I would like to have the kit well defined and correct to be able to install it immediately and proceed with the work without hitches. Even though I own 60 pinball machines, I no longer buy from them. It lacks completeness, and above all professionalism.

Śmieci a nie towar , nowe kulki bardziej matowe niż stare we flipeer, folia " mirror blade" to zwykła folia bez połysku a co dopiero odbicia lustrzanego ucięta z rolki za 2E m2 i sprzedawana po 40E , cele " target" luzem w woreczkach do złożenia , brak opisu instrukcji itd..., tania gówniana chińszczyzna o jakości dalekiej od oryginału a nie jak piszą zbliżonej do oryginału. Któryś raz już dałem się nabrać ale ostatni !!!

Waited more than a month for delivery. To their credit they did eventually resend the package with FedEx after being stuck with DHL for 5 weeks. Ordered IC's and one of the CPU's (6800) had bent legs and a leg broken. Back to the Americans we go.

Charging €7.11 for this sticker (RingMaster Decal for Cirqus Voltaire) is a real scam. There is absolutely no quality to it, and the circle is off center. A theft...

Ordered a plastic topper from this company. It arrived with a 2 inch crack in it. I emailed them a photo and they told me I would need to break it in half and send another photo before they would refund me. Totally bizarre, wasteful and not good customer service. No offer of a partial refund. I offered to send it back and asked for a replacement in exchange, they did not agree. Very poor and not a good way to deal with customers. I won't be back.

Simply put we consider that The Pinball Centre is NOT a trustworthy supplier.
We Purchased a playfield replacement decal that their listing quoted as clear
The ad CLEARLY (pun intended) states "Perfect Fit! Insert areas are clear with text."
After cutting to fit we peel back the white backing and guess what they are NOT Clear!
They are solid white, NO chance of seeing the colour of Inserts Just horrible mono colour white, this makes the playfield look totally false.
Obviously, a misprint at manufacture we think so we contacted Pinball centre asking for a replacement, this was their reply

But as all P'Bers know once the backing is off you are committed to fit and lay the playfield.
It would seem that the Pinball centre sold this to us knowing of the issue.
Next message we get is: -

We are most definitely unhappy with this but it’s on the deck what else can we do?
Then the final insult from this company we paid 160euro & we get back 61euro as50% refund!
So, in conclusion pinball centre sells Low quality products and mis-represents its products and is unwilling to correct or honour its mistakes or as in our case reprint its mistakes.
Their idea of customer service is to offer a low-ball partial refund and then can’t even be honest enough to honour this in full as agreed.
With hindsight being 20/20, I wish we had read the trust pilot reviews before, as we would not have dealt with them.
PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW as a warning of what to expect when dealing with company.
We would strongly suggest that you Do not buy from this company.

Low quality fake products.
Printed very blurry, lie they have blown up a small low res image.
Not worth installing on a pinball machine.
Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a "complete" LED kit for a pinball. It was however only for the playfield inserts and didn't include any flashers.

Didn't give an accurate description at all on the store for what I was getting so it was definitely misleading.

Also got some decals which I threw in the bin. Really not acceptable quality at all

The insert decals are terrible. Colors do not match, cuts are terrible, adhesive doesn't stick, and they are top printed...they will start wearing out right away. When I showed them pictures of how terrible the inserts looked they replied that repairing inserts requires the user to be smart.

Never had problems with Pinballcenter.

I received wrong parts, but they would not recognize they had sent me the wrong parts. The parts where purchased based on the manufacturer part no., mentioned on their webpage, and the picture of the same.
Their customer service was none existing, not answering direct questions etc.
I would recommend using other Pinball part stores for common parts, because Pinball Center is NOT trustworthy.
