Great Pilates instructor
Great Pilates instructor. The classes are well paced, interesting and fun.
Each exercise is introduced with different levels of intensity to suit all needs.
Each week the classes are varied and focus on different parts of the body.
Lucy is a kind, patient and consistent person. I highly recommend Lucy’s classes for beginners and experienced people.

Brilliant Pilates Instructor
Lucy is an absolutely brilliant Pilates instructor. I came in slightly skeptical after years of fairly traditional gym training and assumed Pilates might feel a bit gentle. I was very wrong. It has complemented my gym work far more than I expected and exposed muscles I clearly had been ignoring for years. Lucy explains everything clearly, keeps the sessions upbeat, and somehow manages to make incredibly difficult movements feel achievable even when I am convinced no real human body should bend that way. My breathing is still regularly the exact opposite of what is being asked, but Lucy never makes it feel awkward and keeps things encouraging and light hearted. Every session leaves me feeling stronger, more mobile, and quietly impressed that anyone can make it look that easy. Genuinely excellent teaching with just the right amount of humor and patience.
