Apparently, even when you want to give them a bad review on the website, it won't show. Instead, they contact you through email, saying to contact customer service. They only leave 5-star reviews. To add on, most piercings feel really weird and/or just don't fit. They feel really, really cheap.

Changing my previously good review to a negative one. My last few experiences with PM have been stressful. They have refunded a £25 item I returned in reward points despite paying cash, and I have been going back and fourth with them on this for a week now. This is the ladt straw for me. They are now no longer responding. I was a frequent buyer but moving forward I will shop elsewhere

Ze nemen de kosten maar op zich of annuleren de Billink factuur gewoon !

I bought something and received the wrong product. This was not an error. It was because they didn't have the product I had ordered and paid for. If you don't have the product, you should not be taking money from customers.
They then ignore your emails.
Very unprofessional.

My order was dispatched with standard shipping and it never arrived so has been classed as ‘lost in transit’.

I contacted them when it had been 1.5 week since my online order. They told me I had to wait another 4 days to see if it arrived.

I confirmed that my order didn’t arrive and wanted to have my order re-shipped on express delivery which they said wasn’t possible. I then asked for my order to be reshipped again and be compensated under a goodwill gesture. They declined and just sent me a refund. So nearly a whole month from original order date, no item and just left feeling disappointed with the lack of empathy from the customer service team.

I ordered 3 piercings and I’m not happy with any of them. 1 flower navel piercing kept getting stuck in my sweater, and the other navel piercing and anti-tragus just look and feel cheap - even though prices aren’t cheap. I also submitted reviews twice before that simply weren’t posted, so their “near 5-star rating” isn’t truthful. I don’t recommend buying from this website.

I had a problem with the catch on a pair of earrings I bought my daughter for Christmas. I sent an email, got a response within 2 hours and a new pair were dispatched to me on that same day. Excellent customer service! I've also bought nose rings and other earrings from Piercing Mania and i've always been happy with my purchases. Would highly recommend 👌

NEVER recieved my item, would never buy again from this brand.

Unfortunately due to Royal mail couriers my parcel was lost, however Sanne from piercingmania was super quick in rectifying the issue, company and the staff are phenomenal 10/10 stars would highly reccomend

Purchased a eyebrow piercing jewelry abut ago..had it tested and suppose to be 14ct white gold but turns out it isn't???
Why i paid nearly 100 for something different quite clearly not gold at all

I've shopped here 3 times now. The choice is great, it is easy to place an order and delivery is prompt, with updates along the way. I'm so happy with all of my purchases.

Ordered from Piercing Mania so many times, always received quickly, easy to deal with, prices very reasonable, recently had an issue with the ball on my barbell piercing cracking, contacted them and a replacement was sent same day, really can't fault them, thank you :)

I ordered 2 belly bars, one of them being a cute dangly one and the other being just a normal titanium bar. The dangly one broke after just 2 days of use, and when i went to replace it with the normal one, both balls were extremely loose and the size did not match the description at all. I have now wasted about £30 on them, and they are awful quality.

Ordered a dermal top and when it arrived the jewelery style didn't sit vertically as it is meant to and not the way it is shown on the product photos. I contacted them straight away and said I wanted to return it or swap for an alternative. They said it was my fault because of the type of dermal anchor I have. I pointed out that it didn't say on the product description that it was only compatible with certain types (still unclear what the types of anchors are as it's not like I can take it out to check) I've had lots of dermal tops over the years and never had any issues. Woulve been happy with a replacement or return but they wanted me to pay for the return as well and wouldn't resolve the issue at all. Overall It was just a poor experience and I found them unhelpful and rude.
Feels like just another company trying to pass on costs to the customers 👎 I won't order from them again and will put my money into small businesses in future.

Cheap quality, and piercing won’t open easily and you can’t screw it back. The size doesn’t much the description not mention it arrived in cheap plastic bag. Tried to ask for return but they don’t accept until you send it on your own cost. Very cheap company with poor customer service. Won’t recommend buying from them.

I’ve bought many piercings from piercing mania and they’ve always been amazing quality, and as someone who reacts to certain metals i’ve never reacted to one of theirs! I also really love those yummy sweets they put with their orders 😍!

I bought a few tongue bars less than a month ago and unfortunately the actual logo came out of the socket! I emailed piercing mania about it and within 24/48hrs they had already sent me a replacement!!

They put so much thought and effort into their customer service it’s unreal!! Probably one of the only companies who cares about their customers!!

You’ll definitely be seeing more orders from me in the future!! ☺️x
