Fantastic level of service from the team at PPH even after a bad start and a broken first order. Genuine interest from staff in rectifying a situation once necessary details were established with the issues from the packaging and handling process initially. Unfortunately Yodel are not a reliable nor careful delivery provider for your business and will detract from your NPS scores going forward.

First time we bought from Picture Perfect home. The wallclock we've purchased was really lovely! It elevated the look of our dinning room. The clock was well built and eventhough it's huge (80cm), it is quiet. The moving gears add a nice touch on the over all look of the clock. The delivery was very fast, not to mention free. They have chosen a reliable company (Fed ex). The item was very well packed.
