My experience with Pictufy has unfortunately been very, very negative. Despite an explicit request to terminate and delete the artist account, the profile remains active and the artworks continue to be offered through various resellers. We have also made test purchases of the artworks ourselves. To date, we have received neither transparent information about these sales nor the corresponding payments.

Under these circumstances, Pictufy does not appear to me to be a serious and transparent platform.

If Pictufy wishes to challenge this review, I would welcome that. The termination request, correspondence, test purchases and other relevant documentation are all available and can be provided as evidence.

Did you know that Pictufy can use your images for 3 YEARS!!!! after you have terminated your account??
That is chocking and not fair practice, I so wish I never signed up with them!
