Picsme Arvostelua

I decided to get my wedding pictures printed in to an album and used Picsme after seeing someone post a video about it on TikTok. I’m not going to lie, I wasn’t expecting it to be anything super fancy or high quality as the pricing was extremely affordable. I spent a couple of days navigating through the website and creating my own custom album using the ‘White Collection’ template hardback book. I loved how easy it was to use the features and how personal the album could be made. The shipping was super quick and when my album arrived I was so so surprised. I am so pleased with the quality of the album, how the full album turned out and I now have all my favourite memories from my wedding in one place for such an affordable price. 1000000% recommend and will be using this for literally every and any occasion!

Lovely books but pages stuck together and transferred over when tried to pull apart unfortunately

I was a bit sceptical because their books are so cheap but it turned out every bit as great as the expensive ones!! It’s gorgeous, the print quality is great and the pages are nice and shiny. I recommend them!

First order from Picsme - Very pleased, really good value for money, good choice of gifts and cards, fast delivery time and all correct when they arrive, highly recommend!

Once again Picsme produced fantastic mugs with my design, just as their editing programme highlighted. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

My calendars were printed with pictures missing. No response from customer service, despite their claim to reply within 2 hours.

I made a personalised family photo calendar, it was so simple to upload photos and edit them if needed - just drag & drop simple! The quality is superb so happy when they arrived. Will definitely use again.

2nd time ordering from them. Great price, quick turnaround and photo book looks great. Thank you

I ordered this mug and it arrived broken. There was no bubble wrap or anything to cushion the mug. Terrible job - if you're looking for a gift like this I recommend going somewhere else.

Easy to use program . Very speedy delivery.

Products are amazing, high quality and unique. This company is doing such an amazing job! Thank you very much.

I was a little bit sceptical about using Picsme to produce my photo books as the prices were a lot cheaper than other printing companies, I am so glad that I did! The books I received are perfect and the communication throughout was excellent. I will definitely be using Picsme again!

Finished item looks great
Delivered on time following instructions

Whilst the item was of sufficient quality, my issue is with the handling of my complaint regarding PicsMe doing all within their power to ensure a safe delivery of my item. My photo book arrived creased, bent and not of a quality to be enjoyed. On raising this with them, a generic apology and "we will try to do better next time" was received. I did not feel this was sufficient and raised further points for consideration. I have, as of today, received no reply to this.
Their website stipulates "100% customer guarantee". If this is with reference to 100% satisfaction, then they have failed.
I would not recommend PicsMe to anyone requiring a soft back A4 photo book.

UPDATE: PicsMe did reply and after further communication, they issued me a refund. Many thanks

Good pricing, decent software to design photo books etc. Delivery quick and very good quality.

Good service. Easy to use the online photo book creation system. Great results.

The fast turnaround of our photographically printed mugs was outstanding. Evri's delivery did not match up however. So luckily, since we were so close to Picsme's facility, Ben hand-delivered our order in time for our event.
