Despite paying extra for 3 day tracking…
Despite paying extra for 3 day tracking delivery I am still yet to receive my order approaching upon a week soon. I tried to contact but received a half hearted response where my questions were left almost unanswered as it was the third day. That tracking still only says that the label has been created. Extremely frustrating and resulted In me having to order elsewhere due to the uncertainty of the parcel.

Don’t bother.
Spent ages trimming and aligning my photos using their not very user friendly software. Placed my order and received 10 of the same photos tiles with the same picture.
Wrote an email to complain and received no help whatsoever.
Very disappointed.
Also the quality is very low.
You get what you pay for guess.
Wish I’d paid a bit more elsewhere now.

We've checked your email and your order details, and it appears the same image was uploaded and selected for all 10 tiles. While we understand how frustrating that result must be, our system processes exactly what’s submitted, and we didn’t receive any variation in the images attached.
That said, we’re always happy to help if there’s confusion during the design process—our support team is here to guide customers before orders are placed. We’re also continuously working to improve the ease of our editor based on feedback like yours.

The card I ordered via Picsme was unfortunately damaged via Amazon delivery. I informed them and without fail they delivered a replacement card. Going above and beyond.

I made an A5 landscape 20pp book of precious drawings by my long gone grandad. The software was very easy to use and editing my book was easy. 8 books and free delivery. Print quality was great and postage was speedy. My family are delighted with them. Thank you PicsMe.

Whats Happened?

I created a 20 page soft cover A4 photo…
I created a 20 page soft cover A4 photo book using their excellent online programme - I found it to be the easiest for me on my MAC - really struggled with other sites that were complicated, un-intuitive, and in some case dysfunctional - perhaps they were designed for Windows.
I paid £4.89 plus postage for just one book - wanting to see what it would be like. I needn’t have worried - it was FABULOUS!!. Printed on good quality glossy photo paper. Well exceeding my expectations and terrific value compared to the opposition.
Pressed the button online this Monday and received it today Friday.
I am now about to order 12 more of these books and now working on my next project.
