Great quality and value photo book
The photo book is great- really nice quality and great value. It took a little time to get used to how to adjust each page online but eventually got the hang of it! I had to contact customer services as it was not clear from the confirmation if my book or a template was being printed. They were extremely helpful!

Great quality and fast production
Great quality and fast production and delivery as promised. Good value and clear upfront pricing. No fancy add-ons with posh paper types and confusing binding options, but you get a decent photo book for a fraction of the price elsewhere! I'd definitely recommend.

Vastaus yritykseltä Picsme
Hello,
I'm sorry to hear about your experience.
We have thoroughly reviewed your project and compared it with the printed book. Unfortunately, the photos you uploaded to your project appear to be cropped and overly zoomed in, which is reflected in the final print. There is an option to preview the project before ordering and this would have shown the errors. Just to clarify Picsme does not use AI.
We have sent you an email regarding this and would be more than happy to assist you with the design of your project. Our goal is to ensure your book is printed exactly as you would like it.
Please let us know if you have any questions, and we look forward to helping you.
