Just received my husband shirt. The material is excellent the sizes are perfect. This is the first shirt that fits all over. We shall definitely be ordering more. The delivery time was also excellent. Well done to all the team

It is refreshing to deal with a company with great customer support. I was able to catch them on live chat and speak to a real human on multiple occasions. That is rare these days. Usually I chatted with a guy named Adam who was extremely helpful. Thanks Adam! Goes without saying, the shirt quality is 10 out of 10. This was my 4th order and I now have 11 shirts from them.

What a brilliant service. I received my shirts quickly and had excellent communication with customer support over live chat. The shirts themselves are fantastic. Beautiful fabric, sturdy construction and most of all a great fit. I'm quite excited to have got onto this company, they are very good value, I have just placed a second order.

Although an initial non delivery problem
due to courier delivering to the wrong address this company excelled in putting things right by supplying a new shirt which is of very high quality

I sent my measurements on 1st May 2026, and they acknowledged receipt the next day. On 4th May, they informed me that my size was far too large and that a surcharge would apply. I immediately provided corrected measurements and asked them to fix the error. They replied that they would look into it, but despite my daily follow-ups, I’ve had no resolution. I’m puzzled as to why they have needed four days to use my new measurements and proceed with production. I’m disappointed with their customer service and hope to hear from Pickashirt—not be left hanging.

Lovely fabric but...they never, ever seem to follow the measurements you provide! I've still not had a shirt that fits from them:(

These guys do custom clothes right and for a great price! They mean what they say when they guarantee fitment! They’ve done exactly what they say so far, and I’ve ended up with some awesome clothes! I look forward to shopping more!

I have used Pickashirt for my shirts for over 10 years and have always been impressed by the fit and quality - I would highly recommend them for shirts. So I decided to order a suit. Can't fault the fit or material, but there is something not right with the tailoring - I've taken it to various dry cleaners and it always has ripples on the pockets (like there is too much fabric on the outside compared to inside of pocket, so.it puckers). Was extremely disappointed with suit jacket, however Pickashirt contacted me following original review and agreed to remake the jacket. I have now received this and could not be happier with the finished work - it looks fantastic. Can't speak highly enough of the Pickashirt product and customer service.

There is NOTHING like wearing a shirt that has been made FOR YOU! I placed my order for a shirt on Feb 3 and it arrived (Louisiana) on Feb 21. Not bad considering the miles traveled. I used one of my best fitting shirts to measure (cm). I modified the measurements a bit to get an even better fit. I was excited to receive it, so I put it on immediately. The fit is absolutely perfect. The quality of the fabric (Premium Twill Pink) is more luxurious than any other shirts I've owned. I have no reason to buy a shirt from a store again. Now I will begin designing a suit.

Great shirt at a good price. They are made abroad, so take a while to arrive (which is in the terms and conditions) so order in plenty of time. The shirt fits perfectly (brilliant measuring instructions and videos) and I love the material. Will order again.

Recieved my First ever Shirt today, the quality and workmanship are excellant only one slight problem the shoulder width is a bit too wide, MY FAULT NOT THERE'S, I write this to encourage people to double check your measurements , I Just re-checked and I got it wrong.Great service and comunication from the guys will be ordering more in the next few days.

Bespoke shirts are excellent I wouldnt worry in buying from them. Its up to you to give the right measurments and all will be well...

First time ordering made-to-measure shirts online for me and Pickashirt made my experience a pleasure. They contacted me about 3 hours after submitting my order asking to check some measurements. I had made a few mistakes and remeasured with their assistance and then the order went into production. About 7 days later I received an email to say that the production was complete and the order has been sent out. I tracked my order and it was delivered by UPS about 8 days later. They shirt fits me better than any shirt I have ever owned. I am so happy to have found this business.
