Picjam AI is really easy to use to make your fashion items come alive by putting it on a model of your choice! It automatically removes the background and intuitively knows the most difficult item to interpret. I love it! I gave it 4 stars because it could be a bit easier to select the model of your choice and I wish it didn't cost so much.

I’m in Germany and tried the Picjam monthly plan. I accidentally clicked the annual option but cancelled immediately—at that time, funds weren’t even available in my account. Yet Picjam still charged me €236.91 later, without confirming the switch or showing the annual plan in my dashboard. I never got an email—just a surprise charge. When I asked for a refund, support said they “cannot reverse charges” due to their billing system. That’s unacceptable under EU law: company policies or system constraints cannot override the 14-day withdrawal right (Consumer Rights Directive Art. 9) or the requirement to issue a contract confirmation on a durable medium (Art. 8(7)). If you’re in Europe, beware: misleading UI, no confirmation, no refund—despite legal protections.

Terrible company and a rip off they will charge your card as much as they can even if you contact them to cancel they will wait till it charges you again, if you ask for your money back they will keep giving the run around. I have been waiting weeks for a refund for subscriptions they charged me on the same day I cancelled with no credits used. On the email and hasn’t bothered to say anything. They just want your money and no plan to give a service, all your models will come out botched, don’t waste your time, images aren’t useable for scale.

Its a wonderful learning curve. i enjoy the assistance, creating or editing prompts for me. make life so easy. didnt know its possible to create garments from sample images. we are trying to show customers the possibilties they can achieve from our fabrics.

Total scam ! Takes unauthorised payments even if you cancel before trial ends. Won’t refund horrible customer service and trial wasn’t great tried to use it horrible experience. Be careful they steal your money !
