Active 8 has helped my joints to be less painful
Took about 4 months.
To see if I was imagining the benefit, I stopped for a week and the aches returned

I think Physical Nutrition supplements are beneficial to my health -possibly reducing the amount of analgesia I need to take. Also I feel that Glucose support helps reduce cravings for sweet things and keep my glucose levels satisfactory.

One word - *wow*. I'm a believer (and deep down sceptical) by nature but \i have witnessed in myself, is a complete transformation since taking multiple supplements from PN (Physical Nutrition).

A few years ago, I started to develop cramps, muscle aches (particularly in the morning), achy feet (I actually had plantar fasciitis), low energy levels and could never imagine myself running down a cheeky drop shot (I actively play tennis again now after years of being stale), and frankly, my performance in the bedroom has multiplied (exponentially!).

In short, years ago, I played team tennis (since Uni and beyond), attended dynamic yoga / Pilates classes regularly, walked actively by Richmond river etc, then I hit a low point ion my life. I experienced depression / suicidal thoughts and even had serios thoughts of ending it all when I couldn't find employment for years since losing my City based roles.

What changed? I was feeling utterly useless, incapable of performing on and off the court, in and out of the bedroom so to speak. I am a firm believer in fixing yourself from the core outwards, everything we do in life starts with the inside and works it way outwards! PN is not only s source of crucial supplements, it's my secret personal trainer to allow me to serve second serve aces (yes, I do that now, just like years ago in my younger days), and spring outta bed in the morning, improved sleep, a better sex life, stronger metabolism and yes, the highest levels of energy I have ever experienced!

Unfortunately I did not find Activ8 to be helpful so I stopped taking them. I note that a further £130 has recently been deducted from my account - I would ask that this be refunded to me as a matter of urgency. I am a pensioner living off a very small pension and the cost, along with the fact that the product has not worked for me, is causing me a lot f distress. Thank you.

Originally my deal was for tablets for both myself and my husband.When I explained that my husband couldn't take the tablets as they upset his stomach it was very easy to reschedule the tablets just for me with no hard sell or anyone saying that it wasn't possible and I still got a good deal

I suffered from heartburn and indigestion for a long time but when I started taking Gut Rewild it quickly started to calm down. I have now continued to take 2 a day and no longer suffer from it at all. It has completely gone. My digestive system works like clockwork. Thank you

I've been using Activ8 Joint Complete for about 18 months. I was in constant pain with OA which affects my neck shoulders the bottom of my spine, my pelvis left knee and ankle. I also have it in my hands and toes. The usual painkillers including cocodamol were prescribed by my GP but did nothing to help with the pain and exacerbated my IBS. I looked into taking supplements & managing my pain with hot & cold packs, gentle exercise and started seeing a chiropractor. These have all helped enormously, but the game changer for me was Activ8. I'll always have OA but have achieved a level of coping with it and being as well as I can be with resorting to addictive, synthetic painkillers which weren't helping at all.

At your request I am replying regarding the benefits or otherwise of Physical Nutrition ( Activ 8 ) but in all honesty I am unable to be positive one way or another. I am 91 years of age & currently take many “ health additives” daily including Activ8, which I am comfortable with but I am in no position to promote the usefulness of the product in isolation. good products, effectve but my last order was for i bottle about £60 on special. The order went thru at 6 bottles, totalling £300. when we sent scree shots, phoned and eventually got customer servie they had already dispatched 6. The customer service person, Zainab, said they would refund once we received the delivery andposted it back. Duly done. I twice emailed on your personal email to say customer service poor. No response.
I had explained the process we received form customer service in detail.

I started taking Active8 last year, after a month I felt the improvement in my knees. After several months of taking I felt pressure on my feet. It got so bad I was struggling to walk & decided to stop taking tablets. The pressure stopped & back to normal. Owing to finances & just being diagnosed with cancer not sure weather to start retaking tablets

The products I have used have worked successfully to the point that for some time now, I am on zero medication, and I am in good general health, fit, and active.

Product really good and made a difference to my arthritis. Expensive but worth buying in bulk.
Latest order however is 10 days old and not yet shipped. Money left my account 9 days ago. Needs work on that, but email response was good.

I have been taking Active8 since mid December 2025 but have not experienced any real change to the osteoarthritis and knee and hip pains. In fact, my discomfort is getting worse even with the use of two walking sticks.
I live in hope that I will experience some improvement soon believing that it takes time for Active8 to 'build up' in the body.

The product Active 8 seems to be very effective in helping my hip and knee joints as I am able to have an active lifestyle. The arthritis in my back has also benefited as I rarely get the severe pain I had for some time making walking difficult at times. The company have some excellent offers, which I take advantage of, and their delivery is very prompt.

Liked what the product seemed to offer for my circumstances however not convinced after nearly four months regular use that I am seeing the benefits I was hoping for.

I have been taking Active 8 for several years now the pain from arthritis has gone completely the hip joint is still tight but pain free is a massive bonus and I would recommend anyone suffering from arthritis give this a try

Important to take tablets at regular times of the day. Have a container to put tablets in if you are going out. Plus a bottle of water. Of all the tablets I take , Active 4 helps me most .
I am 92 yrs old in a few weeks time. I walk with a trolley after breakfast every day.
People are amazed at my skin , for my age which I am sure extra virgin olive oil helps.

The most important thing is that the Joint I purchased worked for me. I buy them on subscription so get a good discount and the delivery system has never failed me.
