I had an excellent experience booking my flights with Alina at PH TRAVEL. She made the entire booking process smooth, easy, and stress-free. Throughout the payment process, she was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled professionally without rushing me.
Alina’s exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the whole experience enjoyable. I truly appreciate her support and highly recommend Alina and PH TRAVEL to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy travel agency. Thank you for making my travel booking so seamless!

Appalling.
During booking it is clearly stated that seat selection is included. It does not give the option to select seats during the booking process and so we contacted them after booking and paying only to be told that we have to pay to select seats.
This is quite clearly a deliberate attempt to extort further monies from paying customers who have already paid and are therefore trapped.
Appalling customer with rude and unhelpful employees.
Do not use them, find someone more reputable and deserving of your trust.

My experience with Getaflight was really amazing. We booked a return trip from London to Bali but were finding it difficult to navigate the online website of the airline so I called up Getaflight to ask for help regarding the check in and Russel very kindly obliged and was extremely informative and helpful. I informed Russel that we may require assistance with our booking because of a knee injury I had picked up and Russel reassured me it would be fine and made the process of booking very smooth and easy and managed to sort out the seat allocations for myself and my family with no issues. 10/10.

Alina was very understanding, professional, and answered my questions, very quickly

Adam was very helpful and polite. Provided an excellent service, booking a flight for us within a short period and with good options and deals.

I recently had the pleasure of booking my flight through Get A Flight and I would like to share my experience, which was nothing short of excellent.
From the very beginning the booking process was smooth, efficient and completely hassle‑free. The team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail ensuring that all my travel requirements were clearly understood and appropriately addressed. I truly appreciated how transparent and organised everything was which gave me confidence throughout the entire process.
I would especially like to recognise Travies, the customer care executive who assisted me. Travies was exceptionally helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully explain all available options answered my queries patiently and made sure I was comfortable with every step before finalising the booking. His clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference and turned what can often be a stressful task into a very pleasant experience.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Get A Flight. Their efficient service, combined with outstanding customer support makes them a reliable choice for travel bookings.
