Excellent Customer Service

I originally purchased a flight to Perth, Australia with PH Travel Ltd/GetaFlight and the process was flawless. No problems what so ever with it. I recently upgraded my flight and again the process was flawless. Robert DeSouza was really helpful and guided me through the process of the upgrade. They provided me with excellent customer service and the booking process was really easy. The changes all reflected on the Emirates website.

Very helpful and competitive pricing!

Prices are very competitive and they follow through on the listed price.

I spoke with Amber initially who was very helpful in answering my long list of questions and finalising my flight booking.

I also spoke with Michael after this when I realised I needed to change the date of my outbound flight. Michael reviewed my request, provided me with updated information and was also to provide me with a reduced change fee. Thank you for all your help.

After few days I asked that if pay more could you guys issue my ticket they agreed and pay again this time one of the IBRAHiM name guy I asked about ticket but they did not provide my tickets and contact. Then i contact them on there official number one of the guy his name was zain he told me the another story and charge me the again and extra amount more the we decided and they breach everything. It’s very bad experience they just take money scam the people. Even they don’t reply the email. One thing the guy zain he want to charge more the almost 560£ but I denied. They are asking about other banks which were not belongs to UK they are scammers. Highly highly not recommend.
