1:1 Tai Chi and virtual Pilates classes
I have been coming from North London to this physio/tai chi/pilates clinic for the past 3 years. I am visually impaired, I had weakness in my R knee and balance issues. Since doing the virtual Pilates classes and the 1:1 Tai Chi sessions weekly I am very chuffed with the results. I managed to go to Canada recently and had no issues walking through the snow as my balance is so much better. The tai chi instructor has taken into account my visual impairment and the 1:1 classes complimentary towards my disability - as I get the care and attention that I need.

Excellent Physiotherapist, best in UK
Excellent Physiotherapist with accurate judgement of root cause of a problem. Doesnt stretch treatment into multiple visits. I rely on her in UK. Also a fantastic sports massage therapist. Healed my neck pain in just 1 massage. I was pain free for 2 weeks and was advised stretches to continue healing

Brilliant Physios at PHT who care
Sabrina and her team at PHT are brilliant physios. They really care about your problem/condition/pain and take the time to craft a recovery plan to help you get better. The physios are very knowledgeable and will explain why certain exercises will help you, which is very reassuring.
I went to see Sabrina & Riddhi for a bad lower back injury and I saw Krisha & Kajol for a foot injury, and I can say that its because of them that I'm finally feeling good again. Thanks guys!

Foot pain
My personal experience with PHT (Physio Health Therapy) has been interesting and exceptional - I saw them for pain in my foot which they discovered was not just pain in my foot but tendonitis as well, they referred me to a specialist which helped. I have since gone back to PHT for rehab which has helped immensely with the exercises they set. I saw Kajol and Riddhi they are great physios. I am still continuing rehab at the moment.
I thoroughly recommend this professional company which looks at you as an individual.

Would highly recommend
Would highly recommend. The physio offered is to a really high standard and I have seen major improvements with my injuries whilst using their services. My health and concerns has always been at forefront of the recovery plan provided and the physiotherapists are always professional, attentive and knowledgeable.

This review is on behalf of my dad who had some physio done for his back by the team in Hounslow. He’s stubborn to exercise but the team got through to him and he can now sleep without a hot water bottle. Definitely recommend
