I am using it since long
I am using it since long. I think I starting using it about 12 years ago. Going great. Very nice voice quality, no hidden charges, easy to make a call through app. After making payment for voice credit it immediately show in app.

connection is not going thru even though I am entering the correct phone number in correct format. after few trials, the connection goes thru. I get the message saying that "entered invalid number" some times even after just 5 numbers. I was typing them at normal pace.

-Make sure you do not have any VoIP restrictions from your Internet provider.
-Set your Caller ID - this will ensure high quality. Go to your app menu and look for Caller ID, then follow the instructions. The Caller ID is the number showing up on the screen of the person you call.
As an alternative, you can try offline calling with the app. You can activate it in the Settings section of your app.
