I had a 360 tummy tuck, lipo, mons pubis lift, breast uplift and implants with Phoenix Rising and can honestly say its the best decision I've made. The team are wonderful, especially Elaine and her Daughter, they couldn't do enough for me. Nothing was too much and they gave me emotional support during my stay. The hospital itself was clean and the staff were always happy to help. The nursing staff were lovely and again very supportive. The health carers and the cleaners to an amazing job and I always had someone checking on me making sure I had clean sheets, towels and my bathroom was cleaned everyday. The Surgery went well, although I was in discomfort initially there was constant pain relief and support throughout. I travelled on my own and a friend came over a few days later. I was kept in hospital the full week due to one drain still draining, so there was no pressure to go to the hotel until I was medically fit and ready, which was so reasurring. My Surgeon was very understanding and completed exactly what I asked for. 9 Weeks post on and I feel great. I've had lymphatic massage to help with the swelling and sometimes I still feel tight which is normal, but I'm back walking and dping light excersises. If you're thinking of cosmetic surgery I would highly recommend this team.

From booking all the period before my surgery during and after I was looked after each step of the way any doubts I had were answered and I was re-assured. The moment I registered at the hospital prior to my surgery day I was greeted and from then until discharge and beyond I was looked after and I would recommend going through phoenix rising as that personal touch and friendly service throughout is a bonus and a great benefit with what will be a positive life changing experience

I researched many hospitals/clinics in turkey for my gastric sleeve for years… then someone recommended Elaine so I WhatsApp her & asked her millions of questions, she answered every single 1 thoroughly, nothing was a problem we went over absolutely everything & there was no pressure to book with her…. After back and forth I decided to book with Elaine because she was so helpful, real with her advise, & she lives in turkey so her & her daughter would be there personally not like some of the other reps I spoke to previously who are uk based. Me & 2 of my friends all booked together & she made sure they was a triple room ready for our arrival, her daughter was there to welcome us on arrival & stayed with us until gone 11pm while we had our pre op tests. She eas there 1st thing in the morning again ready for us to go for surgery & stayed in the hospital all day constantly checking in on us. There both so friendly & it was a massive help they both spoke English & Turkish to translate and everything for us. Best decision I ever made…. They use dr yoldas Omer & he was great. Only 3 very small incisions all healed perfect & he checked on us regular until we left! Made the whole process amazing & iv recommended them to everyone back home! I left UK and flew to Turkey for a gastric sleeve surgery. Best decision I ever made and going with Elaine owner of Phoenix Rising Surgery was the safest decision I ever made. The care, support and information is unbelievable I couldn't have asked for better, I was sleeved 7 weeks ago and not only that I had a hernia repair at the same time for a small amount extra and worth every penny I'm like a new man, 2 stone down and healthier already, no pain at all from the start n healed fast and with no issues however during my time there and even now through watsap I have been checked on and cared for after care just as good as the operation haven't had to ask for a thing, and 1 thing extra I wasn't sure was ready to share but I thought it gives a good idea on how thorough the tests are and how even the mot your given is the best you will ever recieved, during my sleeve surgery my surgeon found a tumour in my stomach and thankfully removed it with the part of the sleeve stomach he was taken away sent it to pathology and yes it was cancer grade 1 gist stomach cancer and thanks to my surgeon he is confident he removed it all so not only am I sleeved hernia removed and healthier I am cancer free and my surgeon saved my life can't thank the team enough who cared for me my wife and I are so greatful and intend to get a positive write up out there to encourage people ekol hospital and phenix rising is the place for you best hands your in

I had breast aug in the uk 9 years ago, and recently due to a scan found out my implants had ruptured! The uk surgeon who did them wasn’t very helpful at all, I contacted Elaine due to knowing some personal friends who had also been via her and the service from start to finish has been amazing! Every time I message Elaine she replies nearly instantly to put my mind at ease (aftercare) any questions answered. I used DR Arif for the operation and the incision scars are unreal, so so neat, I’m only two weeks post op and I’m so happy already! Whilst in hospital I didn’t feel too well the day after surgery again I messaged Elaine and I had international nurses straight at my bed side supporting me! I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking - thank you to everyone at phoenix xxx nothing is ever too much for these guys - patient care is their top priority!

My experience was fantastic. From start to finish I was looked after, supported and guided through every step of the hair transplant operation and procedure. The staff were fantastic and constantly checked in with myself while at the hotel post op and before. Transport to and from airport was great no problems and no stress. Staff at EKOL were lovely and kept me company and engaged with me while in operation. my agent that I booked through Elaine was great too. I was always just a txt away if I had a questions and she went through procedure what each day intended and medication. I enjoyed my stay there and delighted I went through with the operation

Elaine arranged my operation answering any questions promptly before I arrived. Elaine then greeted us and give one to one service along with Canyel throughout our stay. I felt so welcome I feel like I have known them for a long while. Both speaking English and having a high level of caring qualities made me feel at ease throughout. (The flow and organisation run smoothly, Elaine knowing and explaining every step of my process whilst being in Turkey)

Greeted by international nurse who spoke good English, ran through some tests seemingly before checking into our room.

The morning of operation,,
Met Dr Arife who spoke good English. I put my trust in him and he did not fail to deliver excellent results . Checked up same time every morning.

Nurses, were professional, caring and highly experienced. Some spoke a little English but the skills were very very good, the routine daily was on time. I was never in pain and medications were never late. If I rang the call bell, they would be there straight away to see to me. They had such a caring nature I felt very safe. I’m very few occasions, If they could not answer or understand me, they would use translator app or have an English speaking nurse to answer a query.

The cleaner was really nice. Visiting room 2x a day to clean. Always smiling.

International nurses visitors everyday to ask if we had any questions. Would discus any questions I may have had or a simple chat for clinical purposes.

Ekol team and aftercare service
Visitors 2 x a day to see if we needed anything. Again all spoke English.

Aftercare has been amazing. Sent home with instructions to follow and communication as it was beforehand with Elaine by answering any queries I have promptly.

If I were to have surgery again, I would 100% return under phoenix rising surgery as I know the service they provide is excellent (caring, informative, professional). I will highly recommend to others. Thank you.

I recently had arm lift surgery at Ekol
hospital via Phoenix Rising Surgery. A great professional service was given from the moment I walked through the doors to going home. They check up on you regularly to make sure all is ok, and even send regular aftercare messages when you’re home. My surgeon was Dr Arif, and so far my arms are looking good at this early stage.
Would definitely recommend - you’ll be in good hands.

I was introduced to Elaine (coordinator) by collegues who had used her services for surgery at Ekol Hospital in Izmir.
Communication was 1st class whatever time it was.
She really went above and beyond all my expectations so a massive thankyou.

I have dealt with Elaine from Phoenix Rising Surgery 3 times now. First for a gastric sleeve and 2 visits for plastics - arm and eye lift and recently for a MMO inc mons lift.
This time I travelled alone.
Communication before you arrive is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble and they are very reassuring from your initial query to when you get there.
On arrival at the airport, the EKOL Hospital stand is very easy to find. They will have a register with your name on. You then wait there until they tell you the transfers are ready.
Transfers are by minibus with a few other people also booked in for surgery - very comfortable journey. If you are nervous, make conversation with someone else on the coach, it will make you feel at ease knowing other people are possibly doing the same thing you are.
On arrival, you are met with your rep who will take you to register your arrival, sign forms, pay your balance. You are then taken to your room to drop off your bags.
You are then taken for the first round of tests. I think I had bloods, an x-ray and ECG.
I was then taken back to my room and left to make myself feel comfortable.
The next day I was advised my surgery would be around lunchtime. Dr Arif came to my room in the morning to mark me up. He has assistants with him who take photos. I would recommend you write down any questions you want to ask as mine all popped out of my head at this moment (I guess the nerves kicked in). It would be a good time to confirm exactly what you are expecting and what Dr Arif can perform.
There is a cafe at the hospital you can visit throughout your stay that do a lovely latte, very cheap!
My surgeon was Dr Arif again. I healed well from my first round of plastic surgery so have high hopes for this one also. Im 3 weeks in and the incisions are healing nicely and as expected.
In the hospital you will have access to someone who speaks english. You are put in a whats app group with about 15 EKOL assistants who are there to help you where they can. I used them to order me some food one night!
Elaines daughter Canyel went to the chemist for me to pick up some tablets I had used previously and Elaine visited to collect my discharge medication. Elaine also took me to the hairdressers next door to have a wash and blow dry.
The nurses monitor you regularly and are very nice and friendly, some speak more english than the others. They check your blood pressure, clean your dressings and give your medication until you are discharged.
Most people are transferred to a hotel after their stay in hospital but since I went alone, I preferred to stay at the hospital. I had no issues going by myself, I got a bit bored a few days after surgery once i started feeling better but other than that I was ok and would go alone again.
Hospital food wasnt the greatest - you have a fridge in your room so I took plenty of snacks with me (via cool bag) so that I always had something to eat.
The surgery itself was great. I woke up in ICU and was monitored there. Elaine came to see me in between my sleeps. I was then moved up to the ward to sleep off the anesthetic. The nurses encourage you to walk about regular. You have drains after a tummy tuck and because I managed frequent walking, I had these removed after about 3 days. Some days I would just get the lift down and sit outside in the fresh air for 10 minutes.
Overall, a fabulous experience and Ill be visiting again at (hopefully) some point this year for my last round of surgery.

Elaine came recommended to me so i was already confident that i was in good hands, the support from Elaine was fantastic, i was met at the hospital door and she then stayed with me all through check in and the arrival pre-op tests before making sure i was back to my room and settled. I was visited daily to ensure i was doing ok and had everything i need and comfortable. Elaine is always very quick to respond to any whatsapp messages full of help, advice and support. I cant recommend Elaine enough, my whole experience with Elaine and Ekol hospitals far exceeded any expectations i had going into the process.

This would be my 3rd visit to ekol hospital, that alone should said everything I need to say, to me its the best 👌 and the doctors nurses and international nurses you could not ask for better, when you arrive you are taken for all your necessary tests which don't take long, then you are brought back to your room to relax and watch netflix 😊 and then you get to meet the beautiful Elaine if your lucky who gose beyond to do whatever she has to without hesitation even when she's not by your side you have her on WhatsApp she is a star a true blue my number 1 She talked me through everything What way I would feel after surgery?

Which was good. She was there when I woke up holding my hand reassuring me everything would be ok I am giving this hospital 5 star rate ✨️ 👌 as you want for nothing the nurses are there within minutes when you need them the only thing for me was the food but I'm a home brid so I packed quick cup soups and teabags in my hand luggage and the bread you buy in the shop over there lovey so I was happy out 100% the best in Turkey 🇹🇷 🇮🇪💯😊😘 Elaine always my number 1 👌❤️
