Plugin works perfectly fine
Honestly I only bought the plugin for my own public server and when I saw advertisement on YouTube I also bought it to see and try it out and it worked perfectly fine unlike the other plugins on spigotmc or etc.

BEST CRATE PLUGIN!
This plugin is great! So many customization options and works flawlessly. The integration with other reward plugins is absolutely great. I had so much fun messing with crates and I still am. The support is great! I was able to get help with a problem I had so quickly.

Quality products with exceptional customer service
I recently purchased the Phoenix Crates plugin and was astonished with just how much customization was available and the ease of use it provided. During my testing I reported an issue that I had encountered and Phoenix Plugins responded to me in a timely manner. I provided video proof of the bug and they were very pleased with the the effort I put in to show them the issue. Within days they provided me with an updated version of the plugin and the issue was gone. Phoenix Plugins offers the highest of quality products and exceptional customer service. An amazing plugin that must not be missing on any serverper processed
The plugin is super processed, it offers exactly what the player wants from it and a bunch of other options, for me the best feature is the custom textures, it adds to the uniqueness of the server. Support for the plugin is fast and tries to help as much as possible.
+ crate effects are amazing
+ custom textures of crates and keys is something that not every plugin has
+ virtual keys
+ a bunch of other goodies
There would be a lot to write here, so it is better to buy the plugin and try it for yourself

The animations and the chest are just like some famous servers chest openings such as Hypixel, it’s very enjoyable.

BEST CRATES PLUGIN :D
The plugin (Phoenix Crates) has been great so far, ive experienced no issues with using it, and the GUI is super-easy to use!
the developer is also very fast to respond to tickets and update the plugin when needed. I asked for the dragon model to be added as a placeable crate, and they quickly updated a version for me with that feature.
Defiantly worth the purchase!!!
