Very helpful towards my needs

The lady was very patient and understanding.

After speaking with the complaints department, which assured me I would receive a decision on my complaint, possibly by end of day Thursday 9th July along with a copy of my husbands P60 so I can finalise his tax return, yet again that did not happen, and as of today 15th still nothing, this is extremely bad service and annoying that every time I have to call I waste an hour of my life, if you had a no star option I would be picking that one

You updated my details without fuss and then checked the efficacy by writing to both my old address and my new address. Great attention to detail.I am impressed

You have Written to me to say there are no funds available in my pension and you have also written to me to illustrate what there is a fund amount available!
I f I phone you cannot tell me which is correct because of security , you say you have to write again .. . all you have done is write again to say the fund is at a certain amount
So are there funds available or not ??

Unhelpful, un-responsive. Incorrect and possibly misleading…

Requiring A-day forms submission and information from HMRC that was blatantly unrequired. Wasting time and refusing to assist in the process in any way.

There is no online view of my plan which in itself is a pain. However I've always managed to get an answer in reasonable time when I call for a valuation and the assistants are knowledgeable, attentive and helpful.

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and extremely helpful

I have never had such a bad experience in my life! Still waiting 2 years later about a policy! I’ve spent more time on the phone trying to sort this out than sleeping!!!😡😡😡

My phonecall was answered incredibly quickly and the lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful. She dealt with my queries very efficiently and was really easy to chat with. I was expecting it to be an awful experience but it ended up being really pleasant.
