Stumbled across these after several races as freebies along with the usual banana. Have to say I now insist on taking them to rehydrate after a long run of which I'm currently using while training for the London marathon 2022. Have to say they also work a treat with a hangover.

Arrived quickly and well packaged BUT
Arrived quickly and well packaged but, doesn't stay effervescent for long, doesn't taste great and I can't say it's been very effective as I have noticed no real before/after difference. BTW I don't smoke, drink or take recreational drugs, I also avoid sugar so I don't have a system loaded down with substances.

Been taking for 2 weeks now,..
Been taking for 2 weeks now,... i drink alcohol every night, my sleep is now brilliant undisturbed, i feel a lot calmer and my thoughts are more focused.
The only downside is i feel extremely tired, from morning till night. there seems to be no wizz in my phizz. I must also mention i now drink less alcohol because iam calmer and only drink 1 bottle of water a night instead of three since taking these tablets, i dont know whats to make of it!

My package of tablets arrive a few days after I have paid, and the package fits nicely through my letter box, so if im not at home, I still receive them through the letter box, and don't have to puck them up from the sorting office

Hard time made easy
I was absolutely hungover at the weekend, completely dead to the world and having a really bad time at life. Like a really really bad time. I didn’t want to leave my bed or accept there was any other life outside my house happening that day. I had maybe x2 750ml bottles of water with a phizz in each an managed to leave the house. Pretty good if say highly recommended!!
