My Experience Working at Phinco Elite
My Experience Working at Phinco Elite – Please Read Before Enrolling
I worked at Phinco Elite for approximately 3–4 months as one of the company’s early employees. This review is based solely on my personal experience.
If you are planning to enroll in one of their courses, especially if you have a career gap, I strongly recommend doing thorough due diligence before making any payment.
From my experience, the company’s primary focus appeared to be candidates with career gaps. The sales process heavily emphasized placement opportunities, salary packages, and career growth. Prospective learners were sent emails mentioning expected salary ranges, such as ₹5–8 LPA for freshers or salary hikes for experienced professionals. However, during my tenure, I did not see verifiable placement data or evidence supporting these claims.
The course was marketed as AI-focused, but in my opinion, the curriculum did not meet the expectations created during the sales process.
Students were encouraged to pay booking amounts ranging from ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 to secure admission, with the total course fee going up to around ₹90,000–₹1,00,000. I personally observed that many learners were unhappy with the quality of the course, placement support, and refund-related issues. Several students expressed frustration after enrolling.
During my employment, I personally did not witness successful placements despite the promises made during the sales process. Before enrolling, I recommend asking for verifiable placement records and speaking directly with alumni through LinkedIn or other professional platforms.
My concerns extend beyond the student experience. As an employee, I experienced the following:
* Salaries were delayed.
* My employment was terminated without prior notice.
* As of the date of writing this review, my pending salary has still not been paid despite repeated follow-ups.
* I have also faced difficulties obtaining employment-related documents, including my Form 16.
* Tax was deducted from my salary, but I have not yet received my Form 16 despite requesting it. Employees should ensure all statutory payroll documents are provided in a timely manner.
The company operates from a co-working space at T-Hub. In my opinion, prospective students should not assume that operating from a well-known co-working space implies endorsement of the company’s courses, placements, or business practices.
If you are considering joining Phinco Elite, I recommend that you:
* Ask for verifiable placement statistics rather than marketing claims.
* Speak with multiple alumni independently.
* Request all placement promises and salary commitments in writing.
* Read the refund policy carefully before paying any amount.
* Compare the curriculum with other institutes before making a decision.
This review reflects my personal experience as a former employee and the events I personally witnessed. I encourage every prospective student to conduct independent research, verify all claims, and make an informed decision before investing their time and money.
