We were the buyers (not the seller’s clients), but honestly Samantha was fantastic throughout the whole process. She kept us in the loop more than our mortgage adviser + solicitors, always making sure we understood the next steps and chasing the right people to keep things moving.

We put our offer in mid June and got the keys mid August - just a two-month turnaround. Admittedly, we benefitted from a no-chain situation, but the process felt super smooth thanks to Samantha’s support.

Sam was our main point of contact and her communication with us the whole way through was excellent. She liaised with our solicitor and the buyers regularly in order to keep the sale moving. Whoever says estate agents don’t do anything for the money they charge have never worked with these guys. They were worth every penny.
