Dimensions of wood was not as described

Wood was not as described. 90mm x 90mm was actually 96mm. 100x100 with the sides rounded off so they didn't fit the 92mm brackets. (I even phoned to check the dimensions) I had to plane them to fit. There were lots of splits in the wood which I'm going to have to fill with wood filler. I could have saved money, bought 100x100 posts and planed and sanded them. I did appreciate the 3m 2x1 for the same price as the 2.4m because they were out of stock.

Brilliant Service

Brilliant, asked to be delivered at the rear of my home, missed him when he arrived but came back after delivery to somebody else.

Excellent service

Excellent service, communication and products - ordered online over the weekend, received and phone call on the Monday to tell me when the delivery would be made, then on the day the delivery driver contacted me to give me a time slot. When the product arrived, the delivery driver unloaded the truck and place the products exactly where I wanted them.
