He answered any questions within hours, even late at night on the weekend. The product is top of the range, I ordered the HCL, arrived within about 2 days (I ordered on Saturday with standard 1st class delivery and it arrived on Tuesday).

TLDR: don’t bother looking anywhere else for this product, even if you can somehow find the product at better quality elsewhere, you can’t beat the communication and efficiency of Charles’ company. Highly recommend.

Didn't work at all, I'm glad I had only bought the 10g sample. I took low doses at first 500-1000g, but felt no difference, after increasing the dosage it just led to vomiting, feeling disorientated, it's a shame it work at all, I was making sure to take it on a empty stomach. I'm confused how it's so highly rated, even looking online people say that it's underdosed/ineffective and that they have better luck with buying phenibut from Europe
Seller offered a refund as it was unusual for sickness to occur after taking it, it seems like it works for many, I may try again in the future. Customer service seems very good.

I heard about this company from a friend of a friend. At first I was a little skeptical. This service is unbelievable, so quick.
