Tomoko was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, the site survey was thoroughly conducted, and meant I was confident the freezers would go where I needed them and I would not need to get involved with the delivery (as I have with other companies). the price was outstanding, and a slight issue with a power cable was rectified within 2 days. SUPERB.

fijn stoofje, werkt goed, ben er erg blij mee.
In het begin was het even zoeken hoe, op welke stand de lN2 gasflessen moesten staan, voor een zo optimaal mogelijk gebruikt van de incubator.
De persoon die het aanleverden, bood aan om de incubator ook te instaleren, maar dat heeft ons eigen technisch beheer opgepakt.
als we binnenkort naar een andere ruimte gaan verhuizen, hoop ik dat we dan nogmaals van haar kennis gebuikt kunnen maken.

PHC is an excellent company, from sales support (excellent sales representative), order processing and delivery within agreed timescales. They partner with Benchmark Services for deliveries and installation of large items, who also deserve mention for outstanding service and customer support. We have multiple, large items of PHC equipment in our laboratory and it's all very high quality and performs flawlessly. I try to purchase PHC items whenever old equipment fails as it gives peace of mind.
