Starting and continuing the GLP-1 program has been one of the best decisions I could have ever made. I started out at 174 pounds and hit my target weight of 130 within roughly 14 months. I was very happy that I was able to Zoom with a primary care physician who has worked with many bariatric patients. She didn't make me feel rushed. She answered all my questions. She gave me suggestions regarding nutrition and how many grams of protein I should take in everyday, so I don't lose muscle mass.
