Phallosan forte Arvostelua 131

I used phallosan forte for 9 days now and it seems very comfortable and easy to install, not sure about results yet...
The costumer service team is very nice and prompt with there responses.

I recently purchased the Phallosan Forte and I'm really impressed. The device is well-made, comfortable for extended wear, and feels like a true premium medical-grade traction system. The vacuum bell and belt design work smoothly, and once set up properly, it's easy to use for long sessions.
What stood out the most was the customer service. The team (especially manager Julian) was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. They took the time to guide me personally, answered all my questions clearly, and made sure everything was handled smoothly and fairly. It's rare to see this level of support in ecommerce these days—very refreshing.

Wer wirklich Probleme bzw. unzufrieden mit seiner Männlichkeit ist, bekommt mit dem Phallosan mehr als nur ein positives Ergebnis.

Ich selbst habe erst nicht daran geglaubt, dass so etwas komplett ohne OP möglich ist und vor allem, weil es so viel Schrott in Form von Pillen, Cremes oder komischen Apparaten auf dem Markt gibt.

Ich bin dankbar für die Empfehlung die ich bekommen habe, ihn unbedingt auszuprobieren.

Ein deutlicher Zuwachs der Männlichkeit und vor allem ein besseres Selbstwertgefühl habe ich somit gewonnen und kann es wirklich jeden weiterempfehlen.

Der Preis schreckt am Anfang definitiv etwas ab, aber nach der ersten positiven Messung, spielt der Preis absolut keine Rolle mehr.

Das Service-Team hat mir sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet und dabei geholfen, die richtigen Ersatzteile bestellen zu lassen.

Ich war skeptisch aber muss sagen, das Produkt hilft was es verspricht... ich war und bin positiv überrascht. Daumen hoch von meiner Seite!

Gutes funktionierendes Gerät, außergewöhnliche Kundenbetreuung, sofortige Bearbeitung von Anliegen.

Mir wurde vom Urologen nach einer Operation das Phallosan forte als Nachbehandlung Nahe gelegt.

Ich benutzte am Anfang Forte, danach vertikal.

Nach mehrwöchiger Anwendung kann ich aus meiner Erfahrung sagen, das System ist eine Fehlkonstruktion.

Grundsätzlich ist zu sagen, dass wahrscheinlich jeder Peni* anders ist.
In meinem Fall, passt die Glocke (L) überhaupt nicht zum Kondom.
Die Glocke ist so groß, dass es jedesmal die Vorhau* mitzieht und somit das Gewebe nach vorne in den unteren Teil zieht. Sieht aus wie ein Krebsgeschwür.
Im Umkehrschluss ist das L Kondom viel zu eng und zu kurz.
Dadurch es nur den halben Peni* abdeckt, bekomme ich eine Unform in meinen Schaft. Nach der Anwendung sieht mein Peni* aus wie ein Atompilz. Ein richtiger Einschnitt ist in der Mitte des Schaft zu sehen.

Wie man das vielleicht von einer normalen Peni*pumpe kennt, umschließt diese den gesamten Peni* bis zum Beckenknochen.
Dadurch ergibt sich ein Zug auf den gesamten Peni*.
Bei Phallosan ist das nicht der Fall - absolute Fehlkonstruktion...
Würde das Kondom die ganze Länge des Peni* abdecken, wäre es vielleicht akzeptabel.
Fazit: Die Glocke steht in keiner Relation zum Kondom.

Zum Forte kann ich nur sagen: unmöglich zu tragen.
Die Zuggabel befindet sind genau am seitlichen Beckenknochen und verursacht nach bereits wenigen Minuten Schmerzen. Egal wie leicht man den Zug einstellt, einfach unmöglich.
Des weiteren drückt der Silikonring so massiv gegen den Peni*anfang, dass es nicht auszuhalten ist und mir sogar die Naht von der Operation aufgebrochen ist.

Zu Vertikal: War Anfangs wirklich überzeugt dass dies die bessere Lösung sei. Einfach natürlicher Zug nach unten.
Nachteil ist, dass man nicht 8 Stunden in der gleichen Position liegt, sitzt oder steht und somit sich jedesmal die Spannung ändert.
Somit hat man keinen kontinuierlichen Zug am Peni* und stell somit den Erfolg in Frage.
Beim Gehen ist das natürlich auch der Fall außer man hat ein Holzbein.

Habe jetzt knapp 400€ für diese System ausgegeben das meine Form des Peni* zerstört.

Hätte mir ja auch noch das Plus System gekauft. Jedoch bleibt das Grundsystem mit zu großer Glocke und zu kleinem Kondom gleich und verformt mir meinen Peni*.

Fazit: 2 Sterne weil alles sehr hochwertig aussieht und anfühlt. Normalerweise 1 Stern weil ich nicht Mal die Möglichkeit habe das System über einen längeren Zeitraum zu testen ohne dass ich mir die Form meines Peni* zerstöre. Die Operation hat 11000€ gekostet und ein 400€ Teil zerstört dies einfach.

Leider nicht empfehlenswert

Das Anlegen der Schutzmanschette über das männliche Geschlechtsorgan ist viel komplizierter als in der Anleitung oder im Video gezeigt.
Es gelingt nicht ihn ohne eine kleine Luftblase anzulegen, Diese führt dann unter dem Vakuum zu einer Schwellung.
Die Dichtmanschette auf die jeweilige Glocke zu bekommen und sie dann über das männliche Geschlechtsorgan abzurollen ist ebenfalls viel komplizierter und schmerzhaft als beschrieben.
Eine Frau in ihrem Call-Center zu haben halte ich für ungeeignet. Sie hat kein männliches Geschlechtsorgan und kann es somit nicht nachempfinden, was dieses ganze Gefummel und Geziehe mit dem Phallosan forte für einen Mann bedeutet!
Die Glocke in Verbindung mit dem Schutzkondom halte ich für eine Fehlkonstruktion. Ließe sich aber leicht verbessern.
Auf der app, die ich runtergeladen habe, geben Sie an, dass es in meiner Stadt einen Arzt gibt, der sich mit Pf auskennt bzw. empfiehlt. Ich habe mich auf die Suche gemacht und herausgefunden, dass dieser Arzt seit 2019 nicht mehr praktiziert.
So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt.
Hatte bisher immer die Annahme, dass Schweizer Unternehmen top seien, Pf ist das ganz Gegenteil!

I’m too new to this product to say how it works over time, but I felt necessary to mention some niggly bits in my first 3-4 weeks of use to help those thinking of buying.
A) the connector from the bell to the leg strap is poor. If you slightly lift your knee it disconnects, walking up or down the stairs, it disconnects, which makes reconnection in public awkward. This isn’t user error, it is just two intertwining loops which have no locking mechanism. It’s not a major issue, just a bit frustrating and could do with some better engineering
2) it squeaks. It squeaks a lot. Not the belt strap, just when worn with the leg strap. This means I can’t wear it discreetly. You can hear me coming a mile down the road. It’s probably something to do with the springs inside the bell mechanism, but it does limit how often I can wear the leg strap and where I can wear it e.g. when I’m somewhere either noisy or on my own
C) I’ve gone through the ‘getting used to it phase’ and it’s still ever so fiddly to get off and on. Please don’t wait until you’re desperate for a wee, as there is no fast way to remove this. The condom sleeves are so tight, and I roll them up as you’re supposed to in order to take them off and I have yet to be able to do so without pinching my skin over and over. They also break very easily and you don’t get many, which is a bit naughty considering the upfront cost
4) lastly, the leg strap is not very discreet. The belt can be worn very discreetly, but other than baggy pants you can’t wear this with the leg strap. One of the main selling points of this device is discretion, but I feel it fails somewhat. If I wore normal clothes or work trousers I’d definitely get funny looks, especially whilst I’m squeaking!

**update. Sizing of the sleeves. Small is way too small. Large is way too large (Ai suggested I should use the large as my erect girth is 5.3-5.4 but I’m not girthy when flaccid which meant I could not get the correct suction, or any suction for that matter). So I’ve been using the medium sleeves. You get two, one broke quickly (user error) the 2nd one I’ve been using every day. Within 4 weeks it’s stretched and now it loses suction. So with more use I am becoming more and more disappointed with this product. It would all be okay if replacement parts were reasonably priced, but I’m not spending £25 a month on new condom sleeves.

**update - (10/01/2026) I’m not going to change anything I’ve written above, as I feel it was a fair assessment of how I was feeling at the time, but I will say these last two weeks have been better. I’ve increased up to 11-12 hours a day, so I’m up to 270+ hours. I’ve not seen any physical changes yet, but it’s probably too early for that anyway. It’s a bit of a slog, but what I will say is it does become easier. I’ve found a way to get it on and off without as much faff and without risking the components, I still feel disappointed by the length of time the condom sleeves last as I’ve had to order more (and I’ve watched the videos and have been doing everything correctly) but ease of use has been far better and it’s easier to wear. I wouldn’t say you put it on and forget about it, it still needs multiple adjustments throughout the day, but it is more comfy and less faffy now. I will update again in a few weeks

Doesn’t work very well at all, if you wear it while sitting you lose all tension, worn 283 hours and haven’t gained a millimetre, absolute waste of money and time.

Und das dauert. Ich glaube das jemand mit einem "Fleischi" eher schnellere Ergebnisse entwickelt, als jemand mit einem "Bluti".

Da ich beschnitten bin kann ich sogar sagen, das man die "Vorh*ut" teils zurückgewinnen kann. Aber anders (Ich zu 50-60% vorhanden).
Ich hattte einen kleinen "Bluti" und nach bald 2 Jahre tragezeit (6-7'000 Stunden) wurde er vom winzigen "Würmli" zum "Fleischprügel des Todes".

Von ca 14.8-15.5, (das ist die letzte Messung mit ca 16-18 Jahren. Jetzt 30ig)könnte auch knapp 16cm gewesen sein, konnte ich hoch gainen bis gut 18cm.

Das tolle ist, der Umfang nimmt auch gut zu. Und früher hatte ich so Bleistift mässig, was mich damals zum Kauf bewegt hat.

Nun kann ich mit Stolz sagen, das der Umfang auf 18cm angewachsen ist.

Also nüchtern Umfang ca 12-knapp 13cm und mit Hilfe des "Bathmate" max 18cm. (Beweiss Foto vorhanden)

Durch die Kombi Phallosan auf "ON" für 10-12 Stunden und den "Bathmate" bis fast die Fleischpeitsche platzt, konnte ich unfassbare Ergebnisse an den Tag legen.

Alles was ihr benötigt ist nur den Phallosan und "ZEIT" der nur 350.- kostet. Werde mir bald noch den Phallosan Plus bestellen. Einfach zum Spass.

This is a true well done medical grade device that works and generates results as advertised. In my case I gained 1 inch over a period of time; took me a little long as I learned how to better use the devise and was disciplined about it. Yes, discipline in terms of using it regularly. They have an app that helps keep track and on track to achieve the results. However in my specific case their customer service is awesome. Friendly, respectful, quick. I definitely endorse the product, but success is on you and not the devise itself. Devise is the tool, perseverance and disciple is your success.

I’ve been using the Phallosan Forte Combi package for about three months and I’m genuinely impressed with the results so far. The device is comfortable, easy to wear for several hours a day, and built with great attention to quality. It works gently and discreetly, and I can even wear it during my daily routine without any discomfort.

After careful research, I ordered the Phallosan Forte. I was curious to see how it would work with my body. Upon a very prompt arrival. I set up my Phallosan. I took very specific measurements of myself and used the online app to see what my potential growth results could be this way I could create a goal to shoot for. I continued my healthy diet and exercise. I gained 1.9cm after 247 hrs of use. I’m very happy with the results thus far.

So I have the basic model 'Phallosan forte' , I have been using it for approximately 6 months , 5-6 days a week, atleast 8hrs a day. Gain about 1/4 inch in length and almost the same in girth. It does work but it is a slow and long process. What I did not appreciate is the mobile app associated with the device , they gave predicted results you may achieve if you wear it for a certain period of time which is highly misleading. Majority of men would not achieve over an inch in length in 6 months, very unrealistic.

Ich brauche das bis Dienstag die beste die zweimal Kapseln ich gehe dann am ersten dann gleich zur Bank und dann wäre ich das überweisen heimlich dann und dann können sie es abbuchen weil meine Freundin kommt morgen dass ich dass sie das eben schnell espress zu mir mit DHL oder am besten oder mit den Lieferdienst oft am 24 Stunden sofort zu mir weil das ich habe mir gerade so Einstellung seit 8 Wochen schon meine Freundin möchte Oma mit mir Liebe machen und Kinder haben

Heute angekommen, kurz ausprobiert welche Glocke mit welchem Manschettenkondom am besten zu mir passt. 4 mal ausprobiert den Phallosan Forte nach Videoanleitung anzulegen. Das hat insgesamt 1 Stunde Zeit in Anspruch genommen.

Danach habe ich paar mal getestet wie lange es dauert den Phallosan Forte anzulegen.

Ich habe den Phallosan Forte seit genau 3 Stunden in meinem Besitz und brauche ca. 2 Minuten um ihn so anzulegen, dass alles perfekt sitzt.

Wer sich an die Videoanleitung hält wird sehr wahrscheinlich gleich schnelle Ergebnisse erzielen wie ich.
