The greeter was friendly, professional, and very helpful from the moment I arrived at the airport to when I reached the lounge. He text me with my gate number and then followed up with a called 40 minutes before my flight departed to check I was okay and that I knew where to go.
Excellent service with no faults—highly recommend and will definitely book again. Thank you!
We booked PFS for an arrival Meet & Assist service at Manchester Airport after a recommendation from a family member who had previously used them. From the moment of booking we experienced a 5* service. Nothing was too much trouble. Our greeter Lee was excellent. He was there on arrival at the gate and quickly escorted us through immigration to collect our luggage. Lee had a trolley and pushed our bags right through to the Chauffeur transfer that had been booked for us.
