Petvita Arvostelua 

I purchased fera pets probiotic ordered on the 30/08/26, received 07/09/26 via Royal Mail. I originally ordered through petvita because it has a uk hub address, this item is an American product, the product was shipped from an American address.

I don’t care that it came from America as I specifically wanted this product and would have waited for it, it came supper quick time, no extra duties/taxes had to be paid.

Great service, will use again.

Ordered 3 weeks ago , sent 4 emails re delivery, only one reply to say its shipped , no word of my questions or dissatisfaction, very ignorant, rude and unprofessional customer service,still not received my order

SCAM — DO NOT USE

The owner of the parent company is reportedly based in Turkey and appears to own several companies with similarly questionable online storefronts. Petvita’s listed address is 16 Ellis Street, Unit 0011, Brinsworth, Rotherham, S60 5DJ. However, this appears to be a two-bedroom terraced house rather than a business unit. The company has also reportedly had previous issues with Companies House regarding an incorrect registered address.
My order did not arrive within the promised timeframe, despite the item being advertised with guaranteed fast, free delivery. When I tried to track it, the parcel appeared to be coming from the USA. The delivery company they use has very poor reviews and does not appear to operate in the UK.
I received no response when I contacted them to ask where my order was. I have now submitted a refund request through my bank.
The tracking arrangement also seems suspicious: customers are directed to use the SHOP app, but the company claims the app cannot track this global courier’s parcels once they are passed to a UK delivery company. This makes it very difficult to verify where an order actually is.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise against ordering from them.

No communication, no response to emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They are a scam!

I wouldn’t have given them 1 star but 0. I placed an order on the 15th of this month and received an email confirming that I had from Petvita U.K . They took my money on the 16th and 9 days later I have not received the purchased product I have sent them emails with no response. I would advise others to never purchase anything from this company.

Do not trust Petvita with your online order. My order was cancelled and the reason given was "cancelled at customer request" which is NOT true. I never cancelled the order. This is the second time I have trusted petvita.co.uk and both times they have taken the money and then cancelled and lied about the reason. They have no phone number and ignore emails. You have been warned.
