I never received my order. I contacted customer service and they told me it says delivered, so ask your neighbors and look around your yard. Seriously!? All they want is your money, they don't care about their customers. The customer service was horrible as well. I would order from a different company! Not worth wasting your money.

To all the good people that have been robbed an a warning to others. I called the bank an got my money back on my debit card an the guy from the bank told me they will still have your card details on there system so they canceled my old card. As the day before closing the office they could collect as much as they can. I'm guessing The false yodel message that says we have your parcel is bs. I called yodel an my parcel number doesn't exist as it says from 4 weeks ago. Another customer wrote an said yodel says it's been delivered or to the wrong address. Like mine I think there not from yodel I think there from dirty little thieving rat hands on a keyboard. Won't be using Facebook sellers no more an you can get these picture on bank cards from ebay £7.50... have a blessed day an let's be careful out there!!! Ps when reviews have alot of bad an alot of 5 star glowing reviews excellent fantastic unbelievable!!! hmm I don't think there from genuine people. More like those little rat hands have been very busy.

This product was high quality. The picture came out fantastic and it eas received very quickly.

Absolutely loved the idea of a personal picture on front of a credit card, so I decided to do it and the picture came out so beautiful! Next thing you know I ordered 2 more of different pictures I cherished for two other credit cards I had and then ordered a few for gifts. Just love them!!

Would be zero if possible! Claims delivered yet no delivery proof and I was on all day and cameras didn’t pick up delivery. Yodel admit not delivered yet pettypurse not sorted out. Disgusted and terrible customer service. Was for a Christmas present as well.. I’ll post all proof of this and messages from seller to show lack of customer service. WARNING ⚠️ do not buy from this site.. I’m assuming now also that it’s fraudulent since reading the other reviews. I’ve given them 2 weeks to sort out and what a waste of time!

Stay away. Ordered a month ago (ordered in late November) and still have not received item. I had to contact them to get a new item sent out and I still have not seen or heard anything. I believe this is a scam. Deserved no starts but I could not go any further unless I gave a score.

Placed an order on 23/11/25 and as of 13/12/25 still not received. Tracking is useless

Pettypurse won’t refund. Crap customer service. Item was a personalised present. The fact that it’s been sitting in their hub for over a week is not my problem. More than likely lost so don’t understand why they won’t refund my order.

These credit card stickers are a great idea but this company can't get it right. They cut the chip hole in the wrong end of the sticker and refuse to correct the problem. They keep telling me they will make it right but I have NO confidence it will happen. Poor customer service.

Delivery time was over 2 weeks from time of order. They used Yodel who delivered it to the wrong address, then it was pro-forma excuse after pro-forma excuse while refusing to offer a refund. Then after nearly a week of no contact they just gave another off-the-list sterile response to try to fob me off. I ended up having to instruct my bank to recover my money. Avoid like the plague.

another overseas supplier that takes ages to fulfil. It's been 12 days and they still can't tell me when it will arrive.

Ive been waiting 4 months for my order and keep getting fobbed off with excuse after excuse, they eventually told me they give me a tracking number and send it straight away that was 4 weeks ago. Still waiting... Dont waste your money.

Zweite Bestellung und wieder verspätete Lieferung nach Rückfrage. Passform der Kartenaufkleber passt nur zu 98 %. Schade.

When the item didn't turn up within the time frame it was specified they was happy to help and send another one out asap. Item fits pretty decent and is easy to apply.
