My dog Jessie recently had her first stay with Carole. She’s a nervous dog but immediately settled with Carole. I had regular updates and photos which put my mind at rest. I would highly recommend Carole and wouldn’t hesitate to book in with her again.

Our 1 year old Cavapoo Coco spent 17 nights with the wonderful Shelagh and Ian and their dog Tilly. Coco was looked after fantastically, communication and picture updates were great and more than we ever expected. I cannot rate them both highly enough and what a lovely house to leave our special Coco. I have already recommend shelagh and Ian to several friends and we will certainly be booking again.

Our 8 month puppy stayed with Heather for 12 days in August and the experience was fantastic from the outset. We had a meet up which was relaxed and unhurried and it was great to see that Ruby was made to feel at home. Heather sent regular updates throughout our time away and responded immediately if I had any questions. It was the first time we had left Ruby so we were slightly anxious. Nothing was too much trouble for Heather and Ruby thoroughly enjoyed her stay.

I Found Petstay through the Norfolk council website. I wanted to have our dog looked after as we were celebrating a family wedding in the area.
It was a straight forward process overseen by a vet that matched our dog with the carers. We had a meet and greet before confirming the dates. Our dog had a truly lovely time going on beach walks and having cuddles. She settled in well and soon made herself at home! I Would definitely use this service again and if possible the carers too!

I've never felt so at ease having my dog Toots watched whilst I was away on holiday. Kiran and Keith are just wonderful people with such a brilliant energy for dogs. Toots can be quite anxious but from the first time meeting Kiran and Keith I could see how comfortable toots felt with them both. She had the best time and the photo updates were great. I really feel toots has been welcomed into their family and that makes me so happy to book in more sits knowing how loved she is even after just a short sit.
I couldn't recommend the service and Kiran and Keith enough. Jane was also amazingly helpful to get this organised because I was a little last minute so very thankful.

Straightforward and easy to book with Clare. She found one of her dog sitters who could have Daisy for the dates I wanted. Our first meet with Linda went well & I quickly saw that she was a good fit for Daisy & they connected straight away. Daisy had a fun filled and active week and I'd be very happy for Daisy to stay with Linda again. Thank you 😊

Lola had another fabulous stay with Geraldine and I couldn’t be happier with the service that Geraldine provides. Lola is well cared for and pulled us up the path to get to Geraldine’s front door as she was so excited. Geraldine is great at keeping in touch and sends regularly updates on Lola along with lovely photos while we are away. I can’t recommend Geraldine enough and I’m happy that I put my trust in Petstay as we can now enjoy holidays knowing Lola is being cared for the way we care for her at home.. possibly even better actually!

Excellent from start to finish. The whole process of arranging care for our elderly dog is made so much easier by Claire at Petstay. Highly recommend using PetStay. Lauren found us the perfect match for our blind cocker spaniel Charlie. I was apprehensive leaving him but from our 1st visit to meet Kevin and Tracy I felt at ease. They keep me updated with photos and he his so settled. Charlie is a Velcro dog with me but he will happy go into their home with happy waggy tail.

I would highly recommend Petstay. From the first enquiry with local Petstay host I was reassured this was the right option for our 11 year old Poppy.
The care from Micheal and Denise was excellent with regular updates throughout the 10 day stay.

Petstay were amazing in finding the perfect holiday home for our dog, Maui whisky we enter abroad.
Barbara was really helpful and asked lots of relevant questions to ensure she found the right home for Maui. When matching us up with Keith and Nikki we took Maui to meet them and Barbara also came along to ensure everything went smoothly. Lots of contact in between and Maui had an overnight stay before hand to make sure he would settle.
During our holiday Keith and Nok sent lots of updates including WhatsApp videos and messages, I think Maui had a better time than us. He wasn’t just looked after he became a part of their family for two weeks, going on trips to the beach, meeting friends and sharing time with their family. We were really relaxed on holiday knowing that he was safe and sound. We will definitely send Maui back to them again and would reccomend Petstay 100% so much better than sending your dog to the kennels

Mandy has looked after my English Bulldog for every holiday I’ve booked and I couldn’t ask for a better person to love and care for her. My dog can be stubborn, fussy and also alittle anxious but Mandy goes above and beyond to ensure she’s comfortable and loved whilst away from us. Mandy sends regular updates, videos and pictures to put our mind at ease and knows my dog’s needs to a tee. Mandy’s a superstar and we wouldn’t want any other person to look after our dog when we are away. Thank you once again xx

We were matched with perfect hosts who understood the needs of our lively spaniels and gave them a perfect holiday while we were on holiday. They kept us up to date with photos each day. We had complete peace of mind about their care.

I have used this company for years and wouldn't change to anyone else. From start to finish the staff and dog sitters go above and beyond to make sure they give you and your pets the best care and compassion. Cheryl is fantastic at finding you the best place for your pets stay and the meet and greet is a great way for you and your pets to feel content with the sitter in question. I recently went away and Mandy looked after my 3 dogs, a 12 yr old jug with skin allergies that requires medication daily, a 3 yr old hyperactive frenchie and a 2 yr old intact english bulldog who also has got challenging behaviour when out on walks and he can be overwhelming when meeting new people. Mandy took it in her stride and accepted to have my dogs while I went away, I had regular contact with Mandy while I was away she sent pictures and sent regular updates of what they was getting upto without me they enjoyed their stay with her and got lots of attention which they lapped up. I also give my Jug anti allergy tablets for her skin condition which mistakenly forgot to pack her after we spoke Mandy kindly went out of her way to go get some tablets for my dog i was over the moon. 1000% recommend pet stay for all you needs for your pets and always recommend Pet Stay to people who ask who I use. Guarantee you and your pets will love this company and the carers.

I have had a great experience with PetStay. I was apprehensive about leaving my dog, Max, because he is almost blind, diabetic and requires medication. Cheryl took a lot of care and time into finding a suitable dog sitter for me and responded quickly to any queries I had. The meet-up with the sitter before the holiday is great as you get to tell them all about your dog so they know how best to look after them. Max had a great stay with Susan and I was able to relax and enjoy my holiday knowing he was being well looked after.

Kay happily looked after our very old, profoundly deaf, arthritic dog for 3 days.

Older and not so able dogs needs are much greater than that of able hearing dogs and Kay coped admirably.

Our dog looked happy on our return and judging by his actions he would have undoubtedly been just as happy to stay with Kay for a much longer period.

We are so delighted that Catriona recommended you to us Kay, and hope that should we ever need a pet sitter in the future that you too would be happy to take Sam on again.

This was the first time that our 2 year old Labrador Betty has stayed with anyone outside of family and it was the longest she has been without us, so I was initially nervous about leaving her. I needn’t have been worried, from our first meeting with Victoria and Simon we were put at ease and could quickly see that Betty would be well looked after and their house feel like home for her stay. Contact over Wattsapp prior to her stay was quick and easy and Victoria listened carefully to us about Betty’s routines and little ‘quirks’. It was lovely to get regular updates, photos and videos whilst we were away, Betty was happy, settled and part of the family with Victoria and Simon. I thought Betty would be mad at us for leaving her but how quickly and easy she settled back home when we picked her up is a testament to how happy and settled she was with Victoria and Simon, it was definitely home away from home! A massive thankyou to Victoria and Simon for making Betty (and us) feel so welcome. We will be back 😊
