Never met a more annoying company. Everytime I post a dog video they comment a "let's collab" comment. Never with the original account but eith one of the spam accounts like petsome_olivia. Blocking and reporting is useless because then another spam account pops up

The customer service is excellent 🥰 the new bed i received for my cats just smelled for a few days like chemicals, but the smell faded. Now I have to wait till the cats accept it. But it’s cute and fluffy 💚

Very well made products - our pups love the new donut bed!! Only thing I would say is if you have small dogs go for the medium as the small is very small! Also delivery did take over a month for us but we do stay in the UK so was international shipping. Other than that lovely products and helpful staff 🫶🐶

Our pup Kaito got the opportunity to be one of your ambassadors. He loves his toys especially Mr Fox 🤗. The only dislike is that the package took longer than excepted as a US based customer.

They treated me very well from the start and gave me all kinds of support, explanations, and assistance. I ordered the blue octopus plush toy and it’s honestly been a total hit with my dog. I also got the slow feeder bowl, which has been a great choice because now she doesn’t gulp her food down but actually chews it (as she should). Lastly, I added an item to help with bath time that I haven’t used yet, but it looks promising—although perhaps the quality of this product is a bit low.
