There is no effective way to communicate with this company beyond an automated chat system, which provides no meaningful assistance. According to the tracking information, I am being told the item cannot be delivered and that I must contact the delivery service myself. It is unclear why the delivery service would be responsible for explaining the failure to deliver a car seat that was purchased through this company.
Additionally, the website claims that technical issues prevent phone communication, which raises serious concerns about its legitimacy. Based on this experience, the situation appears highly questionable.
Given that it has been over 2 1/2 weeks since the purchase (and charge) and there has been no resolution or clear intent to fulfill the order, I am proceeding with disputing the charge.

I ordered from here last week but habe heard nothing since placing the order.

Tried to contact them to chase on their support email and it bounced back.

Tried live chat and there is no response.

There seems to be no way to contact them.

I am wondering if this is a fake website.

I will give it a few more days and then start process to get my payment returned.

I bought their petsfits "Soft Pet Backpack Carrier for Hiking" on Amazon. The backpack seems good at first glance. It has a lot of space and a good amount of openings. I'm still yet to travel with my cat so i don't know if it feels like it collapses on the back yet. I have one major problem, with the backpack. The bun under the mat is completely broken, I received it this way. I don't know what has gone wrong but this is just poor. I'm pretty disappointed, I don't know if something went wrong in the shipping process or if it's just bad manufacturing, but unless I get a refund for the damaged product (I will make an update, as i have tried to contact petsfit, but they still haven't responded yet), I would not recommend this pet backpack for that reason.

UPDATE 1: they choose not to respond.

UPDATE 2: After more than 2 months they finally responded. They gave me a refund of my money. Although i did not get a full refund (i spent 117 Dollars and apparently only received 109 Dollars) im pretty happy about it (:
