Fast friendly service the price was right and also the delivery time and the quality of the product

I paid the $6.95 for a sample of probiotic. According to them it was delivered. I never got it. The next thing I know I'm getting 3 full size bottles and got charged $96.95. I didn't order these. I should have read ALL small print. Apparently I signed up for a subscription and auto delivery. Now why would I sign up to buy something I haven't tried. I called the number on order paper. It takes awhile to finally get to speak to someone. They definitely don't want to give a refund. Offered to give me 10% back and I could keep product. Then they offered to give me 35%. They finally gave me a number that goes on the package and they made sure to tell me I had to pay postage to send it back. So it's getting in the mail this morning then we wait to see if I get a refund. I'll change my review when and if I get my money back.

I don’t know what to say. I haven’t received my package yet. It says it was shipped out but I don’t have my tracking information.

This is truly a scam! I placed an order on Dec 16 2022,
my card was charged $6.95. Order received.
Jan 5, 2023, I received an email stating my credit card was charged $96.95! I immediately called the number provided! Complete waste of time! No one to speak to
only done on line. I cancelled my subscription (that I did not know I had). My PayPal account was credited with $32.50! I called PayPal and cancelled the account with them! I then called my credit card and explained what happened. I am waiting for final answer within the week! I am a senior citizen who can not afford to be scammed!! I will take it to the Attorney General of my state if I have to in order to get a full refund!

I order my free sample, just shipping 6.95! Well that was December 22,2022. Still haven’t received it! It is now January 6,2022. Nothing! How can you take ps money! Your company prey on the li e th of their pets!! Specially when their pets are getting older! Your terrible! How can you take people’s money! Anther scamming company!

It's only a short time but I think the product is working. Now I'm looking for something for my other Chihuahua for itching.

The staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. My dog, Sam, loves to go to the store.

I like that they have connections to local businesses.

I'm so glad I read the reviews. I started to order a free sample for $6.95 and right after I had put my credit card information in the screen went away. If they charge my credit card (cause I didn't press order at the very end yet) I will take it all the way to the court system . I'm tired of dealing with these online companies with no HR department nobody to contact no emails no nothing. What's our world coming to.

This website is a total scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FREE SAMPLE SCAM. I paid $6.95 for shipping of a free sample and NEVER got the sample. 1 month later they charged me $96.95 for a recurring order I never signed up for. I contacted customer service and they told me the order already shipped and that I couldn't get a refund until I receive the product then I can mail it back at my cost. They also told me that the sample had been lost by the carrier... They explained that when I signed up for the sample that I had signed up for the recurring order. If that's the case then the website is a total bait and switch and I didn't read some teeny tiny fine print. Clearly based on the number of negative reviews here that seems to happen quite often so that must mean it is not clear on their website what you are agreeing to.

In addition to the fraudulent charges, when I reached out to customer service the person who emailed me back was incredibly rude and told me that I was the one being rude and that "You get more bees with honey," and literally laughed in my face at my complaint. I absolutely have a right to be upset when a company misled me and then stole my money......

Bottom line, just stay away from this company at all cost. Poor business practices with even worse customer service.

ALSO I reported them to the FTC and anyone else who has had a bad experience should also do this!

The probiotics works great but I only ordered the free bottle. The company charged $96 to my debit card.
This is bullsh#t. Pet Joy needs to put up front how they will charge you $100 for products you haven't ordered. Rather than put this in disguise in the Terms and Conditions. BUYER BEWARE !!!
