I had not even tried the product for more than 10 days and they already charged me $96. I called to cancel and they could cancel subscription but not the shipment. I have not opened the packet and you have to call to find out how to return shipment. Only 2 options I can return with a tracking number and they would take off the shipping and restocking fee after they receive my return. Other option is to keep product and get back 25% of what I paid. The product does not appear to have any effect on my dogs.

Thankful that I found your vitamins for my dog Loki. He's been down in his hips for 2 years now. Vitamins helped him so much. Have a puppy also that I've started them on. Getting a good start. Thank you

I started my interest in pet joy products for my girlfriend's 14 year old Labrador. I ended up getting the hip and joint for him, the Balance probiotics for her 3 year old lab mix and the Thrive vitamins for all three dogs. The 14 year olds response to the hip and joint have been miraculous. I saw him go from needing help getting up to now getting up on his own and even jogging around outside. Additionally, he is 100% more alert. It's literally amazing. I'm sold, forever and I tell anyone who will listen about Pet joy and our experience.

This is a SCAM. I availed of free trial. My dog got severe diarrhea and had to go to vet.
Little did I know that in the MICROSCOPIC fine print I was buying a subscription. Petjoy now billing my credit card $90++ dollars. Apparently when you give credit card info for shipping of free trial offer, you are giving them free use of your credit card

Ordered product. It came right away & he likes the taste, so he eats it

Easy process when ordering, received my product within short periods of time, customer service support was excellent with questions and concerns I had. Look forward to purchasing future products with them.

I like the options Petjoy has to offer!! My dog loves the products they have for his specific needs..most importantly My dog eats them right up!! I'm definitely a repeat customer!

Pet Joy will not accept my money. They will trap you with a sneaky underhanded tactic call auto billing without any other option to make payment. I live on Social Security and they won't accept my money. I only want to buy their product one bag/package at a time and there no other option to make payment. But because I don't qualify for auto billing, which I don't want to do, I cannot get the product I want for my dog. We poor people love our dogs too just as much as any affluent customer does. Pet Joy is financially discriminatory. If there are any smart lawyers out there, please get this forced auto billing changed.
As an option among several, fine. No problem. But as the only one, wrong. My dollar is the same as anyone else's.

Easy to order and emailed as soon as they were shipped. Also, my son sent me a bottle of the probiotic and multivitamin and my dog loves them!

total scam..i was billed $96.95 for a recurring charge on a free sample ($6.95 shipping) that was unauthorized,,

I ordered a 30 day supply almost 3 weeks ago and I have not received it. Will cancel further purchases, because I don't know if they will work for us. No one will answer why I have not received the trial.

I recently purchased a product from Pet Joy for Dog (Probiotic) a Supplements and had a terrible experience with their customer service. To start, they attempted to trick me into believing I had 30 days for cancellation when in reality I had only two weeks that started counting down when the order was place, and it took most of all that time to get the order. They then sent me products I did not order and charged me for them. they charged me 145.00. When I tried to get my money back, they refused to give me a refund. they told me it was too late. Furthermore, the ingredients in the product made my dog cramp, irritable with gas and diarrhea. This was due to a chemical called glycerin that was in the product. I would not recommend purchasing anything from Pet Joy for Dog Supply and Supplements. They have terrible customer service, refuse to give refunds, and their products have bad ingredients.
