Terry Hogan arrived on time after texting me of his arrival time. Upon arrival, he explained what he was going to do and kept within his stated time frame. On completion there was no mess and he answered a few questions I had with professional acumen. Very well done! I cannot praise this man enough. A credit to the company.

What can I say! Absolutely fantastic service. Josh, our fitter was so friendly and professional. We had our cat flap installed through an external wall and the expert finish was way more than I ever expected! Thank you! Josh even noticed that we were decorating and used a different sealant that would be easier to paint around!

I do have one little bit of constructive feedback regarding the online portal...after deciding to go with Pet Flaps UK and paying the deposit, I was set up on the portal. This made me think I had lost the direct communication I had received up to this point, which made me a bit dubious. I was wrong, the contact remained and it was great. Might be worth adding something on the portal to let worrisome customers like me know that we can still call/email when needed.
I would 100% recommend Pet Flaps UK and will be using again if/when needed 😁

Great customer service I was assisted all the way from purchasing a Catflap to having it delivered and fitted. A special thank you to Tony from Sheppy who did a super job, tidying up as he went and giving me good advice after.

Had a cat flap fitted and the service was brilliant from getting a quote to having it fitted by Ryan who did a really good job. Highly recommend this Company if you need a pet door fitting.

Advertising of company brilliant, customer service, communication dreadful, never updated, unless you ring, have a silly portal and put messages on there rather than ring or email customer, take a large deposit, John comes across quite abrupt and snotty

Excellent company to deal with and a prompt response. Fitting was quick, clean and professional.

I would have preferred to have taken off 0.5 star but could not do that. The reason for that 0.5 star loss was that there was a delay between cat flap delivery and the survey / installation that I had to chase.

But once contact was made, the response was immediate and we had the job completed by the next day.

The experience from start to finish has been 5 star. Excellent communication, and so quick to come back with a quote and organise everything. Ryan fitted out Catflap, would highly recommend him, so nice and efficient, he did such a lovely job and no mess left to clean up. Thank you very much, would recommend this company to everyone.

I had an email exchange initially to try to establish if there was a solution to fitting a dog flap into a hinged door. There was not / they advised it was unsafe. I respect that advice. But I was invited to call them which I did.
However, the woman on the phone was rude, interrupted constantly, repetitive, did not know that uPVC is a type of plastic, referred to wood, would not allow me to consider alternative approaches with an engineer, although fixing the door in place was an obvious solution. Such a great product spoiled by a difficult receptionist.
