Scammed, crap product and more money than I paid to send to China, never again - update...contacted me promptly 1 day later and offered a larger discount, not 100% satisfied with the outcome becasue I am still stuck with the item and cannot send back to China but they did a good job getting back with me and offering what they could do to help

I ordered a sweater well before Christmas, I received it well after Christmas. I ordered a medium and received a 2XL with shorter sleeves. I emailed to complain and my options were to have it replaced for free or pay to have it returned. I went back and forth with them and in March FINALLY received the replacement sweater. The tag was cut off and it was a completely different shirt. It was way too large. I literally laughed out loud when I opened the replacement sweater. It's not even a sweater!! hey are scammers! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I wish I could attach the pictures. You would not believe how terrible this is. And yes they are a Chinese company. They will also reply stating that they will make things right, but they already had their chance to do that. Clothing is poor quality. Do not order from them unless yoy want to be scammed!!

I ordered a product from this company the first week of January so I could have something nice for my nephews weddings, per the checkout process it said I would have the product delivered before the wedding. It is now the middle of March and I still have not received my package and they will not work with me to refund my money. Highly disappointed in this company and the help.

Similar experience to everyone else. I never got my order, I bought a sweater in December 25. It never showed up, they are adamant they sent it but offer no proof it arrived. Been 2.5 months, and they have not resolved the matter via refund or sending a new jumper.
I assume they never sent the item!

I should have read the reviews before purchasing. I don't understand how this company is even in business. Their clothing is complete trash and when you ask to return, the best they can do is credit you 35% or you can pay $40 for shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

They are a scam of a company. Advertise free returns then requires you to ship to China at $50 from the US. Don’t buy from them. Quality is bad.

I am revising my original review because the customer service I just received is truly above and beyond. Based on the review I wrote, about a smell on the sweater I purchased, I received an email apologizing for the problem and refunding my money even though I had not asked for a refund because the refund window had passed. I’ve never experienced anything like that. Thank you

Awful fraudulent company.
I ordered a knit dress online for 70 dollars
After ordering tracking showed it is shipped from China.
The shipment arrived after 2 months and it was a cheap nylon dress with awful smell, did not look like my order at all.
Stay away from this fraudulent site

They pretend to be an American company but they're a Chinese company. They say their clothing will ship within 5-7 business days. I didn't get my order for 9 weeks because it came from China. No label. No wash instructions. No size. Nothing just a plain sweater and they advertised it as Cashmere but it is definitely not cashmere.

COMPLETE SCAM…BEWARE…This company survives on the folks that make the mistake and only read these reviews after getting scammed (unfortunately that’s what I did ). Incredible how this scam can go on. When you see most people rating it at 1…believe it. In fact, 1 is more than most would rate it. This honestly should be a site where they are trabaoranet and they say you are donating money to some young Chinese kids making clothes that no one wants to buy. DO NOT expect to wear the clothes you receive. They will be absolutely something you might be willing donate to homeless or just straight in the trash. Absolutely horrible quality and the pictures you receive in the website must be AI generated. Save your money or donate to a cause you know you’re interested in!

Do not buy from them, the clothes are cheaply made and come in the wrong size (ordered a small, got what I believe is and XXL). Also they look nothing like they are advertised as.

This scam company uses products from Temu and upcharges ridiculous prices. This site is a BIG SCAM!

I’m really disappointed with the customer service. I received items in the wrong size and reached out promptly to request an exchange and a return label. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, Anna from customer service never responded and I was completely ghosted.

At this point, I’ve been left with items I can’t use and no guidance on how to return them. Mistakes happen with sizing. that’s understandabl. but lack of communication and follow-through is not.

I expected better support, especially from a brand at this price point. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Peter Oloveira based on this experience.

Same as many others, I should have read reviews before purchasing this wholly synthetic (described as mixed soft knit). Totally inferior product. The site presents itself as a family owned business in the US. Their products are made in China & take weeks, if not months, to arrive.

Got one item out of three ordered. It was a USED sweater with a rip and all tags cut out.
No refund or compensation for items not received.

The quality is horrendous and it smells like chemicals. They also refuse to provide information on how to send an item back when you are not satisfied with it. Working though my credit card to get a simple return done is ridiculous and unscrupulous.

Ordered in December - nothing has arrived and phone isn't in service. SCAM company!!!!!

I ordered a cashmere cardigan and 2 pairs of cashmere pants in different colors. I received the package today same color pants no labels or how to wash generic cheap stuff and the cardigan was a weird texture not cashmere. I have reached out to support numerous times as the package was over a month late. I paid $176 for clothes that probably cost $20. DO NOT buy from this company, I wish I had done reviews but they are good with advertisement- IT'S CHINE'S CHEAP STUFF LIKE TEMU

This company is an absolute scam!! Do not purchase!! I ordered a vest and it never showed up. The customer service only said, “sorry you’re frustrated, but you can check with neighbors and your delivery service.” They offered a time and date that the package was supposed to arrive, but looking at my Ring, we never received a package on that day. Finally, I looked up my order number on the distributor site and it said the order never existed!!! Massive fraud, and BBB should investigate this business!
