Peter Lane & Partners Arvostelua

Paul and Cath were outstanding making our experience pleasant throughout. They helped us to arrange several visits during all phases of our purchase very efficiently. More than this, Paul was able to interface with our sellers' solicitors who, quite frankly, were pretty poor and needed nudging on more than one occasion. Without this intervention, the deal may well have fallen through.

We dealt mainly with Cath Hoof who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure that, we got the house we wanted. She was incredibly supportive, always available for calls, even when on leave. Without her dedication and input, there is a very real possibility that the transaction would have fallen through.

Absolutely first class, from Tracy and all of the rest of the team. They kept us fully informed with e.mails and phone calls , we knew at all times where we stood . Thank you Dave

Peter Lane helped us purchase a New Build in Brington 7 years ago so when we were thinking of selling we approached them for a valuation. We sold within a week thanks to Cath & the team. Friendly & Professional service provided all the way through the process & would definitely recommend.

Cath was so helpful. Kept us informed along the way and made it such a swift and stress free process. Went above and beyond to help us liaise with the various parties involved. We will definitely use and recommend them in the future if the need arises.

Paul was honest and trustworthy. Cath was hard working and responsive. My only criticism was their recommendation to use dezrezlegal who I found to be pretty incompetent.

Really good service from the team at Huntingdon. We are very grateful for their assistance and expertise while navigating both sale and purchase for my elderly mother. I would highly recommend.

Very helpful staff from taking instructions, photographs and marketing the property at the outset through to exchange of Contracts. Thanks to Matt and Gillian for making it happen. Gillian was a tower of support and her experience makes things happen.

I’m really happy to give this review because most agents are tarnished with the same brush, and that’s a real shame as a lot of them are not of that ilk. Tracy at Peter Lane (Huntingdon) really pulled the stops out. This review is in regards to my purchase only. My poor vendor should have exchanged/completed last week, so, yes Peter Lane will want to seal this deal, BUT, from the offset, Tracy has been amazing. She accommodated all my viewing requests (which were on the day I called), information I needed was obtained within hours, and the whole experience has been seamless, and above all, a joy to speak with someone who is just a lovely soul and an absolute pleasure to chat to. My experience thus far has been wonderful!! Thank you Tracy and everyone at Peter Lane.

Completed today on a house sale through Peter Lane (Huntingdon). This has not been the easiest sale by any means but I have found the team at Peter Lane to be outstanding in every way. Excellent customer service and communication throughout. Patient and persistent when issues arose.
Special thanks to Colin, Anne-Marie and Gillian - I owe you all a drink.
I would 100% recommend Peter Lane.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Courteous and caring staff.

Peter Lane & Partners Kimbolton, is an estate agent team that are so much nicer to deal with than many of their counterparts. Whether buying or selling (on this occasion it was buying) you sense that they genuinely care. Cath Hoof especially is highly professional and excellent at her job. I can fully recommend using the team for buying or selling.

I am just so pleased that I chose Peter Lane for our sale. It was a difficult time due to losing both my parents, but all of the staff made it so stress-free.
Exceptional customer service, every email and call answered. Lovely people at the end of the phone, and a very successful sale. I would highly recommend using Peter Lane to anyone wanting to buy and sell.

This is the estate agents you want selling your house! Great team, great comms and overall great service.

Where difficulties were being encountered with solicitors, Peter Lane and Partners were quick to get onto the phone to help resolve them. I cannot thank them enough.

Eccellent and highly professional service.

Excellent service, nice people. Would recomemend!

Very helpful at ever stage of the process. Answered questions quickly and accurately. Went out of their way to help.

5 Star Service! We would personally like to thank Cath and her team for there assistance throughout our buying and selling process. Without them I don’t think we would have exchanged and completed so quickly.
Thankyou for all your efforts!
