Peter Lane & Partners Arvostelua

I recently sold my house through Peter Lane and they were thoroughly professional, courteous and helpful throughout the process. From the initial meeting with Colin, to the viewings with Tracy, and the progression of the sale with Anne-Marie, they were an outstanding team. Their communication was first class, always keeping me informed of developments, especially while pressing to get the sale of the line. I would have no hesitation in recommending Peter Lane as an outstanding Estate Agent.

Very efficient and helpful throughout the whole buying experience. Kept me updated and informed every week of new developments and couldn't expect any more.

We purchased our property through Peter Lane & Partners. Tracy was great from start to finish and had a great friendly manner. Always on hand to provide advice and liaise with our vendors on any queries.

Anne-Marie was amazing kept in contact every week during the process which made it easy and had someone to talk to if there was a problem. I would highly recommend using Peter Lane when buying a property.

Great company for 1st time buyers we had great experience and understanding Tracy and Ann Marie 👌👍 definitely recommend it

We had a good experience with Peter's lane, though there was some time taken due to a chain of sales, but they always kept us updated and supported us for any queries,as first home buyers they made sure that we are happy with everything we are doing and solved any problems we had , all the way they kept a good communication with us. Thankyou for a good first experience of buying house and for all the assistance.

Very efficient service and kept informed every step of the way. Friendly and informative staff. Would highly recommend.

Extremely attentive, helpful and patient. No question or issue ignored, we would recommend to everyone. Quite simply the best!

The staff at Peter Lane were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, on both our sale and purchase. I really don't think it would have gone through without them. They were always available on the phone, and no matter who I spoke to, they were able to deal with the matter, rather than fob me off. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Very professional kept me up to date and sold our flat really quickly thank you to everyone at Peter Lane

Bought a house through Peter lane and partners. Went smoothly, they introduced solicitors and mortgage advisor. Kept us updated all the way.

A big thank you to the staff at Peter Lane who steered me through what I’d been told would be a very stressful experience. They were there every step of the way, helping and guiding. They respond quickly to messages and their wealth of experience and calm manner helped make the process feel relatively stress free.

Peter Lane were perfect start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble. They came back to us with answers to all questions asked and went above and beyond for a smooth transition for my 85 year old mum.
Would highly recommended them.

Tracy and her team at Peter lane were quite efficient in their services , timely information and reassurance was much appreciated.
Would definitely recommend

Fantastic agent. Incredibly efficient selling my house, kept me updated constantly. Recommended a very good solicitor which meant we completed in a chain in 10 weeks.

Very pleased with the service provided by Peter Lane. They went above and beyond to assist when complications arose.

Helpful and pleasant, we were always kept informed of progress , although a little slow on giving feedback from viewings.

I can’t recommend Peter Lane & Partners enough! From start to finish, Colin and the team were amazing. They were so helpful every step of the way, keeping us updated and making sure we were in the loop throughout the process. No ask was too much, and they were always there to offer support and advice. They made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. Would definitely recommend!

We got a valuation from Peter Lane which was significantly higher than other estates agents locally, thinking this may slow down the process (which we were happy with) we went with them to try for the higher price. However before we even got to market the property, Peter Lane found us a buyer who made an offer immediately at the higher price. They have been excellent throughout, managing visits on our behalf and communicating at all times. They are very professional and helpful during the legal process. I highly recommend using them to sell your property.

Excellent service and help from Cath at Peter Lane and Partners
