Great fit. Not to tight in the crotch like so many that reveal my prominent bulge

Your product is very nice, your response is very good. However, when i tried to exchange my purchase, i could not use you return service. I had to send the package by US mail, and that was quite expensive. Perhaps you should make your online forms somehow simpler. VB Princeton NJ USA

The last pair of 34”x34” pants I bought fit perfectly. These are at most a 30” waist. They are too small. I took them to my tailor and he laughed out loud saying you’ve been screwed. How the hell do I return these trousers? This is the second time I’ve asked this.

I ordered cord jeans per my US size. What I received couldn’t be clasped - it was that small. Then had to pay $10 for a return. Given the stated reason for the return, one would think that I would be contacted to make this right.

the size was not remotely close to fitting. very disappointing.

The material is as advertised, BUT....the size is way off... I ordered exactly from the Levis I wear, the jeans that arrived were at least two (2) sizes smaller..... Better to return rather than trust another misfitting... I have photos of the two Jeans side by side, showing the discrepancy... but I can't up load them...will try again...

Hello Mr Burke,
We are very sorry to hear of your disappointment with the sizing of our Needle Cord Jeans and we thank you for providing your honest feedback.
Our UK sizing does run small in comparison to US sizes, especially in our jeans as they do not feature the expanding comfort waistband that our trousers do.
You are more than welcome to return the item for a refund or exchange and all information on how to do this can be found on the Returns & Exchanges page of our website.
Once again, we thank you for taking the time to write a review.
Kind Regards,
Jordan Allen
