Peter Anthony Arvostelua

They never respond to emails or messages, I had a viewing, immediately after the viewing I sent my application and texted the agent that I sent everything. The following day... no response so I called and told them that I sent the email with all my details for the application and they said that they will take a look and give me a response... however I received no response so I called today as well in the morning and they told me that the agent is doing a viewing and I should call a bit later, I called later and guess what, the flat has been given to somebody else today in the morning. They tried to say that the applicant has been chosen from many applicants ... and then I am wondering what can be better than paying for 6 months upfront and giving a response straight after the viewing ? At least they should've had the decency to tell me and not waste my time. Not trustworthy at all and very unprofessional.

Ben Robertson was really responsive and helpful in the process of applying for our tenancy. We appreciated how straightforward and clear he was, and how he always had time to clarify anything we were unsure of.

I used Peter Anthony Levenshulme branch to sell my house.
The service provided from the manager Tom and negotiator Jamie was exceptional. There wasno pressure after or during the initial valuation. Just good honest advice.
I would highly recommend Peter Anthony.

I have received great service from Jamie. He was supportive and responsive and helped me to understand the process since there was special conditions to the property that I bought.

Jenna and Ben were both very friendly and helpful! The flat is very clean and a good size for us. We didn’t know the area well but feel settled in already as the flat and neighbours are so nice.

Ben has been awesome since we first contacted him as we wasn’t happy with our current letting agents. He has been nothing but really helpful and gone out of his way to help as we had quite a few problems. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Let me property out within 2 weeks. Really happy

I have recently sold a house through Peter Anthony estate agents, I must say it was an excellent experience, Jamie kept me up to date throughout the process and answered any questions I had, I would highly recommend his services

Hi please don’t use peter Anthony to rent! I rented for just short of two years the house was infested with mice and they was very reluctant to do anything even though the property was filled with holes, the back garden was full of pot holes and deemed as dangerous and they never even attempted to do anything just kept sending people out to take a quote I couldn’t even access the yard. My poor son fell on it and got a black eye, any time you try to ring anyone in the office they just argue with you and very rude

Good friendly service from Jamie.
He arranged the sale of my flat, which sold quickly, and completion was within two months.

Great service with fast and effective communication. Thanks to Jamie who was a friendly and initiative to his work. Definitely recommend Peter Anthony.

Cameron was very helpful and professional, easy and pleasant to deal with. Not something I would say about every estate agent I have ever dealt with!

Great service, from a speedy move in to speedy responses. Ben has been so helpful when sorting out maintenance issues.
