Extortionate
Although good advice was provided, price of removing one dead bird was extortionate. There was no cleansing of the area. And l later found out that service (which they could not provide themselves) mentioned by the member of staff who attended; included removal of animal and cleansing the area at a much cheaper rate.

Thank you for the feedback, and I'm glad the advice you were given was helpful. I'm sorry the value didn't feel right, though when a job comes down to removing a single dead bird, I completely understand why the price felt steep, and I'd like to look into how it was quoted.
The point about cleansing is a fair one too. If area sanitisation was discussed but not carried out, that's something I want to understand properly.
